Worst purchase ever.
Worst online purchase Iâve ever made. It came out of the box with scratches, and the paint already peeling off in places. The hardware was missing over half of the nuts and bolts required for assembly, and included tools that you donât even need to use. Namely, a tape measure, which I guess is so you can measure up the size and length of the bolts youâll need to go purchase elsewhere in order to finish putting it together. The package did however include a full set of brackets for hanging window blinds?! The instructions were also entirely inadequate. I included a pic of the hardware it came with, laid out on my green patio table. It did not come with everything needed, and came with a lot of miscellaneous stuff that was not needed, like a level. It is not sturdy whatsoever, and I donât expect it to last very long. Oh, and a week after putting it together we had our first rain. Two days later there was already rust showing up in places.

Pretty good basic design, but poor execution by Sino engineers
The bike rack has a pretty good basic design, but the Sino reverse engineers failed to follow through. The materials (basically cheap steel exhaust pipe from a Yugo) is strong enough, but the 3 horizontal bars flex in the middle where they are joined. Paint is one thin coat at best (not powder coat) and the gray is much too light for my taste. Finally, when fully assembled, the unit has a tenancy to skew from a rectangular base shape to a trapezoid! No bracing! Russian philosophy; “Shoot the engineers, its time to launch!” It’s a shame it could have been 5 stars with a tiny bit more cost to manufacture. Recommendation: Ditch the useless tiny wrench, metric tape measure and bright orange level and add some more basic engineering and decent paint to the rack!What I did for about 4 dollars to recover a fairly descent bike rack for ‘merican tastes: Epoxied 3 horizontal bar joints and Locktited set screws to add stability. Added 4″ sections of PVC pipe INSIDE the steel Yugo tubing to add strength at all orthogonal joints and tightened all (tiny) bolts to the max, just before round tubing starts to deform. (throw the stupid little wrench away along with the metric tape measure. Both are equally useless) I added washers to all tiny bolts and installed the nuts and washers on the BOTTOM of the rack. Sprayed with 2 coats of darker gray paint to protect, darken, and make prettier. Tightly secured to ground with 2 swing set anchors to add stability. Now it LOOKS and FEELS much better. Time will tell if it holds up.

Good price questionable quality parts could not assemble
My rack arrived very quickly, unfortunately the two sections that hold the bikes were made at such different heights it could not be assembled. In addition there were 2 screws that had gone missing and one hole that seems to have not been drilled to match the rest of the frame and allow the last leg bolt to pass through. I could get screws and drill out a hole no problem but to line up the frame I need to break all the welds on the top or bottom of one side and shorten it a 1/4″ this would not be cost effective or worth it. If the parts fit together it would have been fine and a great price. But now I have just wasted a lot time and the cost savings was not worth it.
