Bona Floor Mop (15 inch version) is the best floor mop and fomula………
I purchased my first Bona Floor Mop in 2015 and it lasted until this year when my someone in our household broke off the bottom piece. This mop worked seamlessly until this event. I purchased a number of microfiber mop heads (easy to clean) and formula over the years but it is this mop which makes it easy clean my wood floors by its simply design and easy to use spray trigger – cleaned my wood floors twice a week for years. Personally, it is much nicer and easier to use than Pro version which has a larger mop head which creates a higher degree of friction and not as easy to get into corners and other tight places. Despite some of the one star complaints, anything lasting four years is worth the money especially when it cleans our wood floors better than any other product on the market and I have tried a number of other well known brands without nearly the same success in cleaning and ease of use.

OK, so I was skeptical…
… that this mop couldn’t do what other reviewers said it would do, but decided to give it a go. The maker of our brand new hardwood floors instructed not to use a “wet” or “steam” mop on the floor because moister could seep in between the floor-boards. So instead of getting on my hands & knees, I decided to give this a try and I’m excited to report, that it does an excellent job. It was simple to put together yet constructed well and feels solid in the hand. With a slight push on the handle’s trigger, it sprints our a fine mist of cleaning fluid that whipped up nicely and gave a nice clean floor. It took no time to do the job and I didn’t feel exhausted afterwards (it’s easy to push). The professional series is a bit pricey (it bein’ eco-friendly, etc) but well worth it.

Good mop.
I like this Bona mop to clean my bamboo floors. The long mop head makes the job go faster and the spray bottle attached is convenient. My floors are cleaned quickly and I do not notice any chemical odor from the cleanser. Very easy to wash the mop cloth and reuse. I would give it 5 stars but I have to say this mop is not as sturdy as I hoped for. It was leaning against the wall, tipped over and hit the floor, and the handle cracked. I did purchase a new one right away but if this happens again, I will buy something else.

sprayer does not work
The mop was easy to assemble for me, however I’m only getting a very light mist every 10-15 pumps from the sprayer; not enough to even reach the floor. I’ve been at it for an hour thinking I need to just keep pumping until it starts working and nothing is helping. I’ve resorted to just removing the cleaning solution cartridge and pouring it directly on the floor, then mopping; it kind of defeats the purpose of a spray mop. If anyone can help with resolving this issue, I’d appreciate it.This is an updated review- after realizing that other reviewers have had the same problem with no assistance provided by customer service, and the fact that no one has contacted me to help troubleshoot the issue; I’m updating my review. I”m very disappointed in the product and I’ll be seeking a full refund.

This could have been a great product if the built in sprayer worked like it should !!
The mop is comfortable to use, the pad is easy to remove and wash and is big enough to cover large areas, the mop head swivels around corners, etc. I also purchased an extra mop head for a spare. We have 1800 sq ft of hardwood flooring. Unfortunately, the built in spray bottle feature does not work most of the time, with very little or no product coming out, so I have resorted to using a spray bottle of Bona in my left hand while I mop with the right hand. Defeats the purpose of purchasing this pricier model, so if I had to do it over I would have bought the simple mop with no spray attachment. On the plus side, the Bona floor cleaner is a great product and leaves a nice sheen on the hardwood.I hope the company pays attention to these reviews and either fixes the problem or takes the Pro Series off the market so others don’t waste their money on it like I did.

Fantastic purchase!
Was easy to put together and works great! The cleaner dries quickly and doesn’t streak. The handle is comfortable – at least as comfortable as a mop handle can be – and easy to maneuver. The spray triggers works well and doesn’t require much effort. It sprays a perfect amount to clean but not soak the floor. Pads are easy to wash and clean. I would recommend what others have suggested and purchase an extra pad. I use this about once a day and I love it! It even cleans up dried muddy paw prints with little effort.

It left no streaks and my floor looked beautiful when finished mopping
For about a month this mop was outstanding. It left no streaks and my floor looked beautiful when finished mopping. The first sign of a problem was the canister that holds the cleaning solution started to implode, like it needed air to keep its shape. I would use my air hose to blow air into it and take out the indentations until I used it again and the same problem occurred. As it empties it loses its spraying strength due to the sinking in of the plastic canister. Now it has pretty much stopped working all together. Very disappointed.
