Excellent
I needed a convenient storage solution for my mountain bike tools. This toolbox is well constructed, the drawers operate buttery smooth, and it looks stellar. It’s a stationary toolbox for my needs but can be transported if necessary, albeit heavy. The BoxoUSA website has a red or blue trim kit for the drawer handles if you want to snazz things up. Very pleased.

The best 3 drawer toolbox on the market!
This Boxo toolbox is a beast. It is extremely sturdy and well made. Yes, it’s a bit heavy, but that’s because of the 20GA steel they use to make it. The drawer movement is super smooth (ball bearing slides) and there’s a detent just before they close all the way (where you can lock the clasp the drawers with the closing of the lid). There’s a lock that can be set to secure your tools. I have no need for such security, but leaving the lock code at “0000” allows me to use it as another latch to secure the lid and drawers. Truly, is the best portable, 3-drawer, metal toolbox on the market. Plus, a lifetime warranty.

I ordered this box to replace 2 previous boxes, the first one was a jegs box from Amazon, non functional after 6 months due to it being a lite duty box that I dropped off my truck tailgate.The second box was 1 that my brother in law gave me, it was a husky brand that he won in some type of contest, both the husky and the jegs were 20â boxes that the drawers would not stay closed even though the lid was locked down tight. Each of the boxes were less than $100 each and it shows.The Boxo box was expensive at $200 but it is extremely well built with heavy gauge metal, a handle on each side and the top, 2 bars to latch the drawers shut, it also larger than the other 2 boxes.If Snap-on or Mac were to build a portable tool box, this would be it, I love it.

Worth a few extra bucks
The home and auto supply stores seem to sell only the cheap, flimsy tool boxes. Probably OK to just sit in the garage and hold tools, but I carry mine around in my my truck frequently. And I’ve gone through several over the years. I was determined not to to repeat this pattern and spent considerable time looking, studying, buying and returning a couple, then finally bought this tool box on Amazon. What a difference! Much studier, and slightly larger. Hinges drawer locks and rollers all working smoothly. Finish seems tougher, and less scratch resistant. Very pleased with this product. I strongly recommend.

Really nice tool box! Certainly way better than cheap Craftsman garbage! Not as nice as a Snap On or Mac but, It’s not a Snap On or Mac. Nor does it have their prices. Overall, very nice purchase.
