Great! Looking light, extremely functional, already came in handy.
I got this light because I really like the fact that the beam focuses down to a small circle, whereas most of my other lights have square or rectangular beams. The added bonus of the light in the handle has already come into play. My power went out due to storms in the area, and rather than dig out one of my large lights, I just turned this light on and I hung it on a chain that’s coming down from my ceiling fan. It gave plenty of light to light up the room and I was able to easily replace the battery the next day while I charged up the battery that came with it. I could have charged it inside the light, but I have multiple batteries of that size that are unused already, so it was easier just to swap it out and put a fresh one in and put the used one in the charger for the next time. Extremely happy with the brightness, as I can hit all of the mountains that surround the area I live in. The light beam goes much further than I thought it was going to go. I have a lot of flashlights, and this quickly became one of my favorites.

Maybe not the most powerful but…
The SHiLiPAi LED Flashlight isn’t the most powerful flashlight I own, but it has the most enormous focal length. The beam out of the box was very wide, so I thought this light would be a bust. However, when I narrowed the light, I was surprised at how far the beam narrowed. I immediately took it outside to see what it looked like at a distance of about 100 yards. I was pleased. I mentioned in the headline that this flashlight isn’t the most powerful I own; however, at maximum focus, the beam is comparable to larger handheld spotlights. With the beam so focused, you will not see much outside of the beam, but what you are focused on is gleaming!As stated in the ad, there are several modes, including a red and blue flashing emergency mode. These modes are standard now, except for the emergency mode, so there is no need to go into detail. The emergency mode is self-explanatory.It may have been a mistake, but I received no manual included with the flashlight. I had to figure out the functions which was pretty easy because there are separate buttons for the flashlight and camping light. The only function to figure out was the emergency lights. The construction includes a strong hanger so you can mount the camping light at the top of the tent, or you can screw it onto a and. The camping light does an excellent job of lighting a medium tent. You can read a book or find that candy bar you dropped. Just expect it to be dimmer than your bedroom.This is a good light and will provide the light you need for the situation. Unfortunately, I just received the flashlight, however it is now listed as unavailable. I hesitated to write this review, but hopefully, it will come back.

Powerful flash light!
The most powerful flash light I have ever had!Insanely good and powerful, it illuminates my entire backyard, it is also waterproof. I would recommend anyone to get one of these.

Nice features but inconsistent performance…
Pros: This flashlight is burly. I like it in that it is easy to hold and manipulate. There is a lot of texture and layers on the barrel which allow for a good grip. The controls are conspicuous and easy to use. The main lighting is very bright and includes a zoomable bezel for long distances. The camp lighting is warm and just bright enough to light up a tent or other small space. The collection of features really provides everything you need in a general use flashlight.Performance: On a full charge, on high in main lighting mode, the flashlight lasts for 2 hours producing usable light. After that the light output is extremely weak until the unit completely discharges. On a full charge, on high camp lighting mode, the flashlight lasts for 6 hours with usable light. After that is is very dim until it fully discharges. From a fully depleted state the average charge time was 4 hours.Cons: The performance on this light is very inconsistent. On the high main lighting mode, the unit produces bright light but it dims as the battery discharges. So you really only get the brightest light possible for a fraction of the run time. It was exactly the same with the camp lighting mode. It was very bright initially but dimmed quickly and continuously over time. Also, the charge level indicator is not accurate and very sporadic. Instead of the gauge decreasing with use, or increasing with charge, in a consistent manner, it jumps. For instance, with the light on, there are 4 bars for hours, then suddenly you are at 2 bars without a gradual decrease including that 3rd bar. This happened with charging too. The flashlight would charge the first and second and third bars quickly, a matter of 10s of minutes, and then it took hours for the indicator to charge from 3 bars to 4 bars. As a result, I just don’t think you can trust the charge indicator.That being said, this is a average quality light. It produces light, but the inconsistent performance and fairly useless charge indicator keep this at three stars. It’ll be useful around the house, but I don’t really feel I can trust it out of doors or somewhere where consistent operation is critical.
