Love these dusk to dawn lights they were easy to install. I used the area where my old lights where. Wanted a more modern looking. And I don’t have to keep turning lights on and off. I didn’t use the screws they came with do I used my old ones.

We had a typical contractor grade outdoor light and really wanted something different. We were blown away at just how amazing this looks once it’s installed. The picture really don’t do it justice when comparing the real thing. It took no time at all to install – shut the power off first. I am familiar with installing lights, and this was no different than any other. If you are new, follow the instructions. I love that it comes on at dusk and turns itself off. This is a set and forget light. It’s fairly bright and lights up very well. I catch my self looking at it all the time as it is just so different than the original boring install. I know in time I will eventually need to replace it, but with the amount of hours this should last, it won’t be any time soon. If you are looking for something that is very eye catching an unique, this is definitely for you.5 stars – very well built with quality materials, looks unbelievably amazing and priced fairly among other products. With the built in light sensor – set it and forget it!

Récemment, jâai testé lâappliqué murale extérieure avec verre à bulles de la compagnie Camuucci. La qualité des matériaux est vraiment remarquable, la plaque de verre avec bulle est vraiment très belle et donne un superbe effet lorsque la lumière est allumée. Autre que le verre, le reste de la lumière est fait avec du fer forgé et du métal dâune très bonne qualité avec une très belle finition de peinture noire.La lampe est simple à installer grâce à sa plaque arrière amovible. Donc une fois les connexions faites, il suffit de fixer la lampe sur cette plaque. Pour que celle-ci soit étanche à lâeau, il est important de suivre la documentation qui spécifie de mettre un scellant autour de celle-ci pour empêcher lâeau dâentrer par lâarrière.Le détecteur de luminosité est vraiment très pratique, il ne suffit que de laisser la lumière à ON et celle-ci va sâallumer et sâéteindre selon la luminosité extérieur.Dans mon cas, jâai voulu lâinstaller à lâintérieur, dans ma descente dâescalier vers le sous-sol. Elle paraît vraiment très bien sur le mur, le seul inconvénient que jâai vu est que lorsquâon veut que la lampe reste constamment allumée, on doit mettre un capuchon sur le senseur de détection. Par contre, lorsquâon la met à ON, après environ deux secondes, elle va sâéteindre pendant environ 1 seconde et demie et revenir à ON (probablement le senseur de détection qui sâinitialise). Ce nâest peut-être pas alors la solution optimale pour un usage intérieur. Il nâen reste pas que cette lampe est vraiment dâune très belle qualité et je vous la recommande sans hésiter.

Truth in advertising, I have not been able to install this dusk to dawn, camuucci, outdoor light at the time of this review. It’s late December in Northern Ontario, and I’m not that motivated to do a light install in these temperatures.But as indicated in the uploaded photos, I did do a bench test on this unit, and everything , including the dusk to dawn sensing mechanism, works exactly as expected and advertised. I also have reviewed and at this moment have installed, indoors, several camuucci battery powered, rechargeable, lighting fixtures. All of which are performing perfectly, so I am quite confident of the quality levels to be expected in this product.Because of all the glass in this fixture, it is a very substantial and weighty unit, and while it certainly can be installed by one person, having a helper to hold the light while connections were made would be much easier. Otherwise there is nothing complicated or unusual about the installation process, and everyone should be confident of success.What I liked when I first encountered this style was, of course, the effect of the light as reflected in the air bubbles trapped in the clear glass. It’s every bit as attractive in reality as it is in the product literature. While this fixture does not produce a great amount of illumination, it is perfectly satisfactory to light the area around the light and the entrance, and the noteworthy and very pleasing aesthetic effects generated more than compensate for any perceived weakness in this area.On the build front, this unit is IP65 rated for weather resistance which is great for long-term life, and the colour temperature of the emitted light is 3000K, which is a warm tone and personally the temperature I try to have in all of my operating fixtures.Eventually when spring arrives, and a suitable time frame has elapsed, I intend to gift this eye-catching fixture to my bestest neighbour who fell in love with it, from the first time she saw it, and asked that I review it. She has excellent taste. :-)I can’t really blame her.
