So far holding strong
Its on Honda CR-V. So far is holding strong. Fit perfectly. Can hold weight as described in the description. The straps are gone get weak over time and there is no lock for the hitch. U will have to buy one or use a bolt like I did.

Does not hold or secure your bike. My bike fell off while driving and cost a lot of money in repairs. Not worth the money.

Doesn’t fit the Ecotric Hammer models
I purchased and returned this item. I have 2 Ecotric Hammer eBikes. The carrier is too small to accommodate these large bikes. I think it’s made for smaller/shorter bikes. It is a bit flimsy, but at this price, I wasn’t expecting it to be the same as the several hundred dollar models. I think it would be fine for smaller bikes.

Poor stuff. Do not buy. No installation instructions, and itâs super confusing. Also there is nothing to connect it to the 2 inch hitch. I am returning this immediately and will buy the good stuff.
