Get moving.
This is a simple five-day exercise regimen that can be easily sustained. I appreciated the explanations of each dumbbell exercise, and the structure that the five-day program presents. The five-day meal plan was very helpful, was simple enough to prepare, and added to the structure that I needed. I am a 74-year-old man and the key for me was reflective of the old Nike slogan, just do it!
