Wow!
This bag of resistance bands packs a punch! I love that they are color coded, to easily find the one Iâm needing that day. I use these with a workout video and I can make it is intense as I want based on which band I use. I love the soft grips they come with also! I had never used resistance bands braced by the door before, but I do now, easily, with the added accessory.Very impressed with not just the resistance but the quality of the bands. I feel like they will last for years! So glad I tried these!!!

Nice storage bag, variety of strengths, seems well made. No smell. Love them for home workout and PT. The only thing I didn’t like was that each band was packaged in its own plastic bag. Reduce the plastic, please!

The resistance bands do their job.They provide ample resistance and don’t feel too weak.The handles are pretty comfortable as well.The only thing I do want to mention is that I think that the resistance listed is slightly overstated as I usually have more difficulty with the same weight on an older set that I had.That being said, I guess it’s wholly possible that the resistance was higher than listed on the previous set so this may be a moot point.With the ability to add more resistance, I’m still quite happy with this set.

I believe for the money, this was a good purchase. I however, dispute the tension listed on them. I’m often adding several different band tensions to get to the desired resistance ( which in most cases takes more).I’ve had them for several months now and they seem to be holding up.
