Great Customer Service
Iâve been very lucky to have been able to take my back for granted for the last 10 years. Years ago I had two back surgeries and the pain leading up to them was horrible. So a few weeks ago when I started to have severe pain in my back and leg it really scared me.I sit at a desk all day for work, and my chair was very much past its prime. I didnât want to spend $1000 for one of the big name brands, but I needed a new chair with firm lumbar support. This chair got strong ratings and I liked that the description mentioned that it was adjustable for various heights. The neck and keg rests were not essential for work, but were nice features as were the adjustable lumbar height and arm rests.I decided to take a chance on this as the price seemed fair and it seemed to meet all my needs. Iâm glad that I did!This chair requires quite a bit of assembly, but it comes with very clear instructions. The parts are well labeled, and it ships with a handled Allen wrench which made the assembly easy. I donât consider myself particularly handy, but the directions were easy to follow.I did have a glitch with the assembly and called Amazon for help. They directed me to call the companyâs post purchase helpline. It was Friday evening and they were closed, so I planned to call them back on Monday. Much to my surprise, they reached out to me on Saturday apologizing for missing my call and asking how they could help. They gave me some instructions on how to proceed, and when I wasnât able to fix it, they promised to replace the parts and asked me to send the serial number.Much to my embarrassment, I then realized that I had made a mistake and was able to easily correct it. I contacted the company apologizing for my error and letting them know that the chair was fine.I have not received this level of customer service in a very long time. The people that helped me were all very proactive, kind and attentive. They made what might have been a frustrating situation very pleasant.The chair itself is sturdy, attractive and very supportive. The seat cushion is mesh and a bit hard, but I actually like that in terms of support; some might want to add a cushion for a softer seat. I like that the height is easily adjustable so that I can sit with both feet properly on the floor. The seatback can be reclined and locked into place. The neck support tilts for comfort, the lumbar support is height adjustable, and the leg support is a nice little luxury.This is not the most luxurious chair available, but for the price I think it is an amazing value. Iâm very pleased with the chair and am extremely impressed with the wonderful customer service!

Comfortable and Affordable!
So far this chair is amazing! It arrived quickly, and I was able to put it together in about 30 minutes. The instructions were easy to follow. I sit at my desk for up to 10 hours a day so having an ergonomic chair is important and this one is perfect for the price! I can easily move the arms out of the way (I rarely use them), and the lumbar adjusts to about 4-5 different height levels so I can move it from my lower to mid back quite easily. The seat is nice and deep so I am getting the support I need for my legs and hips and the chair raises and lowers to good heights (I’m 5’6″. I appreciate the mesh style because I live in AZ so my office gets pretty warm, and I don’t feel that the chair is too bulky like some others that I’ve used. It’s functional and comfortable! I have not tried the foot rest but it seems to be pretty sturdy.

Iâve been using this office chair for couple of days now, and I couldnât be happier with my purchase! Great customer support
I originally left a 3-star review due to an issue with the foot rest not working as intended. However, Elabest customer support kindly contacted me and quickly sent me a replacement. So, because of their excellent customer service Iâm updating it to 5 stars. I will update again in a few months for a long term review.The chair is quite supportive and I especially love the adjustable lumbar support, which unlike other chairs with this feature which have just an hard plastic protruding outwards, this one has a nice large soft pad that moves both up and down and in/outand I was quite impressed with the quality.Also welcome was the adjustable arm rest, which is super easy to use and doesnât require a masterâs degree in mechanical engineering to adjust. The armrest material is nice and soft, though I wish it could be adjusted to be pushed down past the horizontal line, but Iâve never seen any chair do that so I wonât take points off for that.Al in all, the mesh is high quality and the chair itself looks classy and elegant. A huge upgrade from my previous âgamerâ chair with a hard back.

Comfortable, adjustable
This is the best office chair I have owned in my 73 years. Out of the box, it took me about an hour to assemble. I am not mechanically inclined and took my time. The instructions are well written in English and the parts are very well labeled.It is comfortable, the wheels move easily, and it is adjustable for my frame. I am 5’10” and weigh 225. It holds my weight with no problem the adjustable headrest is wonderful! The lumbar support is much appreciated. I certainly can recommend this chair and this company!
