A+ Chair for comfort and sturdiness!
Thumbs Up, for the thoughtful packing! The box was well packed with extra cardboard paddings to protect arm pads and headrest from rubbing against the box. Unpacking the parts and assembling them into a chair was a breeze.The chair nicely contours my body with many adjustable features: depth adjustable mesh seat, lumbar support with 3 adjustment levels up and 2 levels out for working positions, armrests mechanism for height controls and swivel, and headrest with tilt adjustments. The chair reclines enough for relaxation or a quick break. The air mesh material on the seat and back has good elasticity and is sturdy and breathable.A piece of advice if I may, when adjusting the lumbar support and armrests, you want to try a couple of clicks/levels at a time to keep them locked in. If you pull them all the way up or out (beyond the last level), they will automatically get unlocked and will fall back to the bottom level. (Think a ratcheting mechanism, 3 clicks up, 4th click reset.)So far, I am very pleased and enjoying the chair. This would be a good chair for anyone who is searching for a comfortable and sturdy office chair.

Great Chair, Comfort/Support in all the right places, and works perfectly with corner desks.
If you are around 80kg, and 6ft, the chair is adjustable for your height and gives support in all the right places. The material holds up nice (after having the chair 2 weeks).Assembly was easy, few screws in pre-aligned holes, with great instructions along the way.I use the chair in a corner desk, so the swivel arm rests allow me to get those few extra inches closer, when I want to sit up straight and get some work done. I know it was “bugging me” with my old chair that it would not let me get close without sitting on the edge of the seat, some out there might know what I mean.All the functions work as intended. I do have to note that mine came with a faulty air cylinder, but the seller was amazing and fixed it with a new one promptly without any hassle.5 stars for me and a + for amazing customer support.

Overall a perfect choice for the Zen – Highly Recommend
First thing you’ll notice is the weight of the box. Its heavy. Which to me is a good thing that the chair is not cheaply made. Took my time and was about a 40 minute assembly but not at all difficult or confusing. Very simply done with one Allen wrench and everything fit together perfectly. Overall a really comfortable and very sturdy chair. Lots of adjustments and everyone should be able to find their comfort zone with the adjustable seat, lumbar, arms, and headrest. I spent hours looking over office chairs and decided against one with a pull out foot rest. Just didn’t feel I would use it much and still feel that way after having this chair. A small stool works just as well to rest your feet on. The chair reclines plenty for a quick nap. I do wish the arm rests had a locking feature to prevent from freely swinging inward and straight forward.

Not worth the hassle or price
I have used this chair for 3 weeks and Iâm getting rid of it. Seat netting is thin, no real cushion. Doesnât use levers to adjust, but instead uses a button/switch so adjustments/tilt arenât fluid. The lumbar support doesnât help and slides out out of place. Donât waste your time. Price dropped over $100 right after I purchased it.

Just shy of perfect.
Was in the market for a new office chair. Specifically a red & black ergonomic style chair. Thatâs what I searched and there werenât many. Once I seen this one, I thought âPERFECTâ. It had exactly what I was looking for and sweetened the deal with the price attached. Received it yesterday and was pleasantly surprised that it WAS perfect (IMO for my wants/expectations). It was EXTREMELY well packaged. The build is not flimsy, very well built with a nice modern look to it given the red accent. The directions were clear, detailed and concise (with pics lol). Iâd say it took approximately 20-30 to put together. The lumbar for your back is GREAT! Very comfortable. Height levels wasnât a concern for me but itâs normal. Not too high and not too low. The ONLY reason of âflawâ I had (4 star instead of 5) was because the arm rests, although I like the 4 way movements it doesnât seem to âlockâ in place when at the top position. Slight pressure they go down. This is possible a mistake in my assembly. I will double check and edit if necessary. Either way, Iâm very pleased and would recommend.

Best computer chair Iâve ever used
This chair exceeded my expectations by a LOT. I have never in my life seen a chair with so many features and customizations.It is extremely comfortable and so so supportive in every way. I can already feel my posture getting better because I am one of those that suffers from âtech neckâ.Instructions were clear so it was super easy to put together which I appreciate a ton.If you are spending hours a day in front of the computer, this is the chair of your dreams.

This chair is awesome. I love the ergonomic design, and the adjustability is second to none. The mesh seems strong and comfortable, we’ll see how it lasts! I would give this chair 5 stars, but one of the adjustable arms arrived defective: the swivel adjustment mechanism which moves the arm side-to-side appears to have seized. While the left arm functions smoothly (with a nice mechanical sound too!) the right arm is hardly useable due to (what I imagine to be) internal mechanism failure. I will contact the seller and see if it possible to get a new arm. Updates to come.
