Very Impressed With This Case From Peerock!
I’ve never heard of Peerock before this, but they are now really high on my list of excellent case makers for iPhone. This is for my iPhone 17 Pro Max in Cosmic Orange. The case is REALLY well made, fits perfectly, has very clicky buttons and provides excellent protection for my iPhone.The orange color of the case is a perfect match with the color of my iPhone. The TPU sides of the case are textured to provide a nice grippy – non slippery feel when holding the case. The Camera Plateau leaves the cameras uncovered, but the Lidar Sensor, Flash and Microphone fully protected. Given the new iPhones are clad in electroplated Aluminum, this will provide better protection against any scratches.The built-in stand is remarkable and as opposed to the entire stand rotating, which I don’t like, you pull the stand out and it rotates at its base, so you can adjust the level of angle in either portrait or landscape. As Peerock suggests, it has a Fixed Point Spin T-Frame and it should hold up better. And when closed, it serves as your MagSafe connector for a MagSafe Charging Stand served by stronger N52 Magnets.If you’ve never owned a case with a built-in Camera Capture Button, you simply have to buy one. And this case has one. Not only does it protect a very expensive component on the phone, but it works as smoothly as the Capture Button built into the phone.I have purchased a few cases since getting my iPhone 17 Pro Max, some costing more than this case from Peerock. There are things I like and dislike about each case. Yet this case seems to provide the best of all of them. This case is built to take the realities of daily activities, engineered with advanced shock-absorbing materials, 4-corner airbags and 3-layer cushioning bumper structures. It’s just a great case all around!

Slippery and cheap looking.
The plastic on this case makes it SUPER slippery. You really need the ring in the back to hold it in place. It also looks very cheap and makes the phone look like a toy. 👎🏼👎🏼 Also, they should’ve added a cover for the camera rings cause they’re fragile on the iPhone 17 Pro Max.Returning this.

I’ve tried many phone cases, but this one is absolutely my favorite. This case for the iPhone 17 pro max has several good features about it. It’s a dual material case composed of a frosted hardshell back with a flexible matte TPU sides/camera area. The TPU is more on the stiff side and the inside corners has some ‘airbag’ cutouts to act as crumple zone in case of drops. The speaker cutouts is precise to each individual speaker, with the whole row being slightly more thinned out to help with not muffling the sound. The side buttons are all cutouts moulded into the TPU material (rather than floating buttons), but are still responsive. I like how it’s got a capacitive covering over the camera control button too, which is still more on the rare side for cases.The 2 standout features about this case is that the camera plateau is relatively protected. The camera array itself is still exposed, but the large space in the middle is covered up to help in preventing scratches. The magsafe ring also pops out to act as a handle/ stand. The magnetic strength is definitely on the higher side compared to other cases, and the ring stays nicely in place even when you pull off a magsafe accessory. There’s a notch at the top to fit your nail in to dig it out, after which you can swivel it 360 degrees as well as bend the ring sideways to adjust the angle. This gives you a lot of different angles, and you can stand the phone both in landscape and portrait mode.A con is that the case is quite slippery, and when stood up because the back support is just a single point on the material ring this also means it slides around more than other stands that are made of silicone or have a wider base. I’m also concerned that the metal magsafe stand swivel portion is angled to the case all the way to the inside, so it’s brushing up against the glass on your iPhone and may scratch it overtime (there seems to be a plastic metallic finish sticker over it, but there are still areas where it’s protruding out more).

I have spent the past fortnight trying to baby my new 17 Pro Max, but this Peerock cover has finally convinced me I can stop tip-toeing around the phone. The grey shell is smarter than the suit I drag on every Monday, yet it glides into a trouser pocket without turning it into a house brick.That little rotating stand is the real party piece. It spins a full 360 degrees and locks at about 90, which means I can prop the screen upright while I half-heartedly stir pasta. Fold it away and the magnets line up with the wireless charger or the car mount, no wobble at all. The same ring doubles as a grip and, paired with the detachable shutter button, lets me snap photos with my thumb instead of a contortionist routine.Protection seems equally sorted. Four corner airbags and a raised bezel keep both screen and lenses clear of the usual grit after the inevitable sofa dive. The whole thing feels built to survive a tumble from the top deck of the number 38, and even after a week of absent-mindedly clicking the stand it still closes with a satisfying snap. For once I get serious protection and useful tricks without needing pockets like a cargo-short salesman.
