Why does my iPhone stop charging at 80%?

This product was used for less than 2 months before no longer holding a charge. I have an I phone 16 Pro and it was great for the first 30 days of daily use as a charger to keep my phone fully charged during the day. The heat levels bean to increase with use, overall no longer functioning and not a good value for money.

Easy way to add hours to my day and phone.
Works great with my iPhone 16 pro max. Charging time was reasonable. Installing was as simple as attaching to magsafe case. Connect the cable and power up. I take a lot of images and videos. This battery extends my working time by several hours. It adds weight but nothing I canât handle. Good build quality too.
