Customers say

Customers find this grill to be the best George Foreman model, with removable plates that make cleanup easy and cooking surfaces that are dishwasher safe. The appliance cooks food quickly, taking about 5 minutes to preheat, and works well for 2 people, with one customer noting it does a great job with chicken breasts. While some customers appreciate the perfect size for 2 people, others find it too small.

So easy to clean!! Cooks meats fast & evenly!
I’ve owned MANY George Foreman grills over the past few decades. For the longest time, nothing compared to the original GF white grill I had. It was built tough and cooked meat perfectly. The next few models either died within a few years or didn’t sear my meats well enough. It’s been about 7-8 years since I used one, so I decided to give this guy a try. I LOVE IT SO MUCH!!!Takes a few mins to heat up, but that gives me time to get my meats and veggies ready. I usually marinate my chicken and steak a few hours before, or even overnight. I love how hot it gets to create the perfect grill marks! Chicken tenders only take 4ish minutes. My 4-5oz filet mignon takes 5-6, or less depending on thickness. I never see ANY raw areas. Perfectly and evenly cooked every single time, no matter where it is on the grill plate. My previous grills had “hot spots” and “cool spots.” Grilling veggies takes the longest so far. I tried doing kebabs, which worked but were way too thick and took a long time since the lid wouldn’t close tight enough. It’s a breeze to clean! Half the time I just wipe off the burnt crusty stuff with a wet paper towel. I can take it apart and wash it by hand, or throw the parts in the dishwasher. Putting the electrical unit back together isn’t too hard.I highly recommend it if you live in an apartment or need a quick and easy way to get more protein in!! I’m on a fitness journey, and this makes the nutrition part a lot simpler on meal prep days.UPDATE: This makes the best, juiciest chicken!!!! Steak seems a little too tough and dried out for some reason, so do it less time than you think. The only thing that burns is marinades (see pics), but the meat inside is super juicy and plump. Avoid oils to protect your grill!!

This is a game-changer and a great unit – I use it more often because it is so easy to clean
The dishwasher safe GFG is really great. I have been so happy with this device. Easy to use and easy to clean. I bought the largest size because we eat a lot of grilled meat and vegetable in our house. This is a great value for the money. I use it 2 – 4 times a week and just rinse it off and pop it into the dishwasher.I bought one for a friend as a present because he introduced me to the GFG many years ago. He called me and was super excited that he had the newest version.

Hands Down, the best little electric grill for a single person, ever!
The size is perfect, sits upright when not in use, low wattage use (1088 Watts measured) makes it RV friendly, the easiest to clean of any I have seen. (Remember the original George Foreman grill? What a joke to clean!). The drip tray actually fits well and does it’s job!!!! It actually heats up evenly across the grill plates, top and bottom, in about 5 minutes. Just set your timer for propper warm up, then set timer for 2 minutes to turn and inspect your neats. The grill is deceptively fast, use a thermometer to test meats for proper temperature. A 1/4 pound burger is ready in 4 minutes cook time!

Finally a fully-submersible version of the Foreman grill! So much easier to clean!
I don’t have a dishwasher, but my mother’s has survived her dishwasher many times over. I bought hers for her, and it worked so well that I got myself one, too! There are two blocky cooking plates, and a hinge that plugs into them that carries all the electronics. Unplug the hinge (please don’t put IT in the sink or dishwasher) and then the plates can be placed in the dishwasher or just dropped in a sink of hot water to clean. I’ve previously had larger Foreman grills, so this one feels small, but it will fit at least two full-sized chicken breasts without trouble, and cooks quickly, so multiple batches aren’t a burden. Another improvement is that the drip-tray is integrated in the lower plate- it slides out like a drawer, and can be removed to be emptied, but then stores within the base of the grill—no separate parts to keep track of. Sometimes I’ll take a soapy paper towel or sponge to the hinge piece (unplugged) because it picks up a little bit of grease along the way, but then I can just wipe it dry with a dishtowel. The whole device stands on the hinge when not in use, so its footprint is about ¼ of my old Foreman Grill. I’d recommend it, especially for those with limited kitchen space and who are not feeding vast crowds.

Gets hot fast. Easy clean up
I have owned a few grills. This heats up fast a cooks great. I had one with removable plates it was ok but not very hot. This one heats like the big one with fixed plates. Am buying a 2 one to keep at my welding shop. Very good buy

    Easy to use AND CLEAN!
Amazing. I used it for the first time today my steaks were amazing. I cooked 2-3 per turn. And it was so easy to use- and my absolute favorite part was that it comes apart to clean up. 10/10. Recommend.

GRILL SIZE is SMALLer than expected
(edited)product claims 13.6″D x 5.2″W x 12.4″H (granted, this may be overall size)BUT actual grill space is less than 10.5″ x 8.5″. The result is I was expecting to be able to fit four less than 4.5″ diameter 1/4lb burgers onto it, when in reality I can fit 2TERRIBLE and WASTING my time and effort. Product is basically useless to me now, as my goal is to bulk cook burgers. Now I gotta deal with return, if I even get that now that it’s an open box, and waste of hassle and time, or just eat the cost and donate it(edit) actually, in testing I can fit 3 burgers on, so I will give it a chance. Changed from 1 to 3 stars, bc the burgers cooked did seem to go well. High heat appears to be approx 350-380F by my meat thermometer, could cook a few frozen burgers in about 5.5min to 160F. Definitely far less messy than when I tried to cook on my stovetop (splattered water and grease all over), so that’s a plus. The modular 3 part grill design is neat (and a 4th power supply, which should stay away from water and dishwasher), and I’m glad the grill parts can be machine washable, albeit I’ll prob just wash by hand, it’s nice to know the design should be ok if water gets around. I notice the burgers don’t taste quite as good as stove top, I think it’s bc stovetop gives the higher heat sear on the ends. I’m new to cooking burgers. That said, it does its job fairly cleanly, and modular design is nice, so bumped up the stars, and I can fit at least 3 of my frys frozen 1/4lb burgers on it, so I’ll test it some more to see.

Es una de mis mejores compras, cocina muy bien los alimentos en pocos minutos, fácil de desarmar para lavar bien ya que la fuente de energía queda totalmente separada de las planchas. Muy satisfecha.

Bought this as an upgrade to my decade old George Foreman and the difference is night and day! This one is so much easier to clean, and the hinge is more flexible allowing you to grill thicker items more evenly. There is a drip tray under the grill plates temselves which is a great change from the slanted grill surface that drips into a plastic tray. If you are looking for an effective, easy, way to grill food on the countertop, look no further.

It stoped working exactly after one month, and now one month return policy is over and i cannot use this. The problem is when I plugged in, the green light came on, but not red light. It didn’t heat at all. so wasted

I bought this because I had previously used a flat indoor grill, but for one person it was very large and cumbersome to handle. What bothered me the most was I didn’t feel I was able to get it clean enough. It was difficult to put in my sink because it was so large. I have already cooked frozen store hamburgers and a pork chop on this grill and I am very happy with the way it performed. It is also small enough to leave upright on my kitchen counter. Best of all, the heating element can be completely removed to allow the plates to be thoroughly cleaned.
