Finally a Great Product
I ended up returning several other Wjreless Thermometers before finding this one and being entirely impressed with its function.The Probes:- Extremely rugged- Accurate though reading temp takes a bit longer than other probesThe Case:- Very well built- Charges w USB-C so is quite fast- probes pop right in and donât have to face a specific direction like other designs- LED visibility and layout is to notch with one button click to cycle between core probe temp and ambient temps- both probe and base battery readouts- Bluetooth range: from probe to base I had zero issues at a distance of 80 feet through two walls from inside of my grill.- Witi Range: the base can be configured to intermediate sending that probe data it collects via Bluetooth to WiFi to your phone appThe App ( Govee Home )- The app is unified so many products from Govee use the single app instead of having countless apps- The app works incredibly well.- Reading and seeing easily core temp and ambient temp I could even see when my steaks had rested enough after coming out of the fridgeI will be keeping these around they are wonderful

This thing is great.
I paid like $38 for the single probe unit – and I already had 4 other products from GoVee so I had the app already ( 2 tower fans, 2 strip lights). This thing works great. The app is super easy to use, the probe feels really solid. What’s nice too is both the phone and the base station have alarms that go off when the desired temp is reached. It’s IMPOSSIBLE to screw up. I’ve only used it on T-Bones and Rib eye steaks – and it’s worked great on the smaller thinner meat – instead of omething really thick. No more guessing and accidentally overcooking. It figures everything out for you with the app. Just pick what you have, how you want it cooked – and shove it in the oven. Just be sure the probe isn’t laying on the rack.

Decent so far
Decent price, delivered on time. Bought this for for use in my electric smoker, the smoker has one probe but at times I need two. This enables me to see both probes without having to open the door. Thermometer is very accurate reads the same as my instant read and the smoker probe. I bought this because I need one that will hold a charge 24-26 hrs. After giving it a full charge the probe was still at 3 bars after 36 hrs. The base died at 24 hrs I feel the base should hold a charge as long as the probe hence 4stars instead of 5. I can still keep track of temps on the phone but I would rather not use the phone, but thatâs just me. The app did connect easily. Some reviews said the probe is thick and it is thicker than my instant read but it is the same as my smoker probe so no big deal. This should work out fine for me as it will only be used for low and slow cooks. I prefer the instant read for hot and fast cooks in my kamodo plus this tops out at 572 degrees and I run my kamodo at 650-700 degrees. How long this works well only time will tell, but happy so far.
