I wrote a Bad review earlier, while a was waiting for Roadside Assistance. I was upset at that time with the product. I had read many reviews that was positive. So I ordered this jump starter. I had it for 30 days, and never used it until today. It would not work for me, Roadside assistance, came out. The gentleman showed me. that sometimes you have to. Put the other cable on something metal. He had to do the same thing with his portable jumpstart. The car started right up. The bottom line I need a new battery. When I got back to my place and turned off the car. It would not restart. Then I did exactly what the guy showed me to try out. I want to say that the car did start. I sat for 3 hours for assistance. Most of the time was me trying to start the car myself. I have since used this portable jumpstart 3 times today. Every time the car started up. So Iâm writing my review, because the first review I was upset waiting. So my review was not good. Thatâs why Iâm coming back to say that this product turned out working for me. Now I know that, if it do not start regularly on the cables. To take one of the cables, and apply to anything metal under the hood. I had already set up, for Amazon return and refund me. Now, I will reach back out to Amazon shopping. To inform them that I change my mind. Please ignore first review. This is my updated review, and this device had the same amp and voltage as their product. So please forgive my first comment review. THIS PORTABLE JUMP START DOES WORK. I HAD ALREADY USED 3 TIMES TODAY. After Roadside Assistance left. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS TO CUSTOMERS. The Error was on my end. THANK YOU, FOR A LIFE SAVING DEVICE. Start off… It was on an Amazon special that I bought this. I will admit I am VERY pleasantly shocked! What a beast of a device. Small battery size, and packs a wallop. While the car I had to jump was a small car, with a small battery, which died THREE days in a row, i jumped it FOUR times, with NO degradation of service. It is a real wonderbeast. I had to jump the car four times, as after the third one, my father turned off the car, so I had to jump it again. I knew it was the battery, but nobody believed me. I was right again… LOL!!!! (nobody trusted my judgement, so I had to prove it) NEW battery put in… car doesn’t need this animal of a jump starter. I did not charge it either between jumps.HIGHLY recommend it, even at the regular price.

Iâve had this jump starter for a couple of months now, and itâs become my go-to. I even bought a second one for my other vehicle. Itâs incredibly handy â my car was having some battery issues, and I found myself in stressful situations where it wouldnât start, and I had to rely on someone else for help. This jump starter completely changed that. Itâs been reliable every single time Iâve needed it.I recharge it regularly and use it fairly often, and it always performs. Itâs also really versatile â it has a built-in light (lantern) and can charge your phone, which makes it even more useful, especially in emergencies. The battery life is excellent.I had read the reviews before buying this product, and one person mentioned that you shouldnât let the battery go to 0%, as it might not recharge properly from completely flat. I donât know if thatâs true because Iâve never let mine run all the way down â and to be honest, I donât want to test it. But I thought it was worth mentioning just in case.Thereâs also a boost button (for extra power when your car battery is really flat), and that feature has saved me more than once. Honestly, this is a fantastic product â super practical, dependable, and great peace of mind to keep in the car. Highly recommend.

Pleasantly surprised how good and convenient this via. charge for home or via USB in car too. Delivered the boosted start needed to my Merc 2014 E-Class (has start stop) perfectly after being stood for three weeks alarmed and onboard video surveillance took its toll. Also the convenience of getting to the battery with no chance of driving close enough for a traditional jump start, this device solved my problem job done. More features than expected as will recharge other devices via an outbound USB charge port. Delivering great functionality.Always follow the instructions and always check your vehicle manufacturers handbook, ref- jump starting as with all cars within the last 20-25 years, start-stop, other enhanced eco and ECU functionality can be disrupted or damaged if you are not aware and follow any due process suggested even for traditional jump starting.Very versatile, a single charge I believe will support multiple boosts (3 or 4) for car starting, probably true. For the money this is worth every penny, reasonably well built, and now travels with me as part of in-car on the road support to solve those rainy day issues that only happen when you time is of an essence.
