Iâve been searching for a sturdy bike rack that could handle the weight of two heavy Ebikes without giving me a headache during loading, and this one absolutely delivered. The built-in ramp is a total game changer. It makes it so easy to roll the bikes on and off without lifting. Once theyâre on, the ratchet straps feel extremely secure, way thicker and more reliable than others Iâve used before.I also really appreciate the anti-theft design. The dual locking arms and hitch lock give me peace of mind when I leave the bikes on the rack for a quick stop. Thereâs almost no wobble thanks to the included hitch tightener. Itâs really solid even on bumpy roads.Installation was surprisingly easy too. The instructions were clear, and all the tools and parts were included. I had the whole thing assembled and mounted in about 30 minutes. Plus, the ramp fits neatly back into the frame after use, which is a small touch but makes a big difference.The whole rack feels well built and thoughtfully designed. Great Sturdy Rack for Heavy E-Bikes
This hitch bike rack with ramp is exactly what I needed for my two e-bikes. It feels very solid and well made, the 170 lbs capacity gives me peace of mind when carrying heavier bikes. The ramp makes loading and unloading much easier without straining my back. Installation on the hitch was straightforward and it folds up nicely when not in use. Iâve used it several times already on highway trips and the bikes stay secure with no wobble. Definitely a great value and I would recommend it to anyone with e-bikes.

Trying to load heavy e-bike with the ramp was disapointing, but the rack meets my current needs.
The main draw of this e-bike carrier for me was the ramp. I thought it would help me to easily get my 70 lb e-bike loaded by myself onto the rack. Unfortunately, it didn’t work for me as planned. The middle/back end of the bike gets caught up where the top of the ramp and the carrier connect. While trying to deal with that, I was also struggling with getting the front tire over the front wheel holder (notice that they never show that part of the bike loading in the videos). For me, it was futile and frustrating.I resorted to loading the bike without using the ramp – lifted the front tire up and into the tire holder and then lifted the back tire up into place. Thankfully, the rack is being used on a car and the lift isn’t as high as it would be if it was being used on a truck. So far, I’ve always had someone around to help me with the lift.The things I do like about this carrier:* I like that the main support keeping the bike on the rack is accomplished through the front wheel. My bike frame is open and doesn’t have the bar that mens’ bikes typically have. A lot of the carriers want to connect to that bar.* I like that there is a lock for the hitch connection and for the front tire holder. I feel like the tire bar lock will help hold the bike in place as I have read other comments that similar style racks without the lock tend to have that bar move during transportation.* I like that I can cut down the weight of the rack by only using one bike holder and not attaching the 2nd one. When I do that and remove the ramp, I can lift and load the rack onto the car by myself.I have used the bike rack once so far to transport my e-bike. I travelled at a max speed of 45 with many stops and turns. The bike held well and the rack stayed tight.I’m looking forward to using the rack to transport my bike to ride with friends on bike trails!Will update if feelings about the rack change. For now, I would recommend it.

Nice e-bike rack with ramp
The bike rack came very nicely packaged to prevent damage in transit. While there was some assembly involved, the instructions were surprisingly straight forward. Some tools come with it, I would recommend a socket set to ensure you can adequately tighten everything because this will be subjected to lots of vibration and heavy loads. I was able to fully assembly by myself.Loading/attaching to the hitch was easy.Loading the bike was very easy with the included ramp which also attaches to the rack for storage. Time will tell if the wingnuts loosen during lots of travel, so I recommend checking it after every trip.The wheel securing arm requires the key to ensure your bike is locked up at all times when on the rack, this is a nice feature.From build quality and substantial weight, this appears to be a solid rack for carrying two bikes without causing scratching or damage to the paint. Feels secure for a heavy e-bike and I will continue to use.

Great bike rack for Electric bikes.
Very happy with this bike rack. Easy to put together and I was able to easily lift the completed rack to insert it into my hitch. Used it this weekend with two bikes and was pleased with the results. Drove over 100 miles without any issues. Spent a lot of time researching bike racks. There are a lot of different suppliers. It was the soft frame clamp that made it a great rack. Love the way it can be fold up when not in use.

Very well made a good solid bike rack for our EBikes. I have not tried it out yet but I am it confident it will meet my expectations. I believe it is a 5 star but until I test it out I give a 4 star.I would recommend this product.

The bike rack is easy to mount, with clear instructions.The problem is that it is built for heavy bikes , and when you come up on the ramp with your heavy bike, you have to lift the front wheel to put it in the front wheel holder. There is no way a short, 100 pounds woman can achieve that!I tried contacting support but the email comes back as undeliverable. So no support at all! I was hoping for an easy solution without having to return the product. Beautiful rack, useless!
