Well worth the investment!!
I recently took my two 170-pound e-bikes on a 200-mile trip using this rack, and it performed flawlessly. Despite miles of gravel, the rack held up perfectly. It accommodated my 5-inch tires with ease, and the smart, sturdy retaining mechanism securely locked the bikes in place, eliminating the need for extra cable locks.The ergonomic design made loading and unloading the bikes a breeze – I could do it solo without any hassle. Although it’s a bit pricey, the quality and performance of this rack make it well worth the investment. Highly recommended!

Solid rack, good customer support.
Pretty happy with this rack. Have hauled a 70lb e-bike and ~20lb road bike over 700 miles with minimal issues (just some bouncing and wobbling). After my first trip, I noticed the red knob that controls the vertical bar was missing, so I contacted supported. They shipped me a whole new controller within a week! Very happy with this level of support.

This was a great bang for our buck and it fits our 90 lbs e-bike as well as our 75 lbs e-bike (not featured) that has a 5â fat tire. It tilts easily with the bikes on it, and my lift gate can open with plenty of clearance room to load and unload my cargo without having to take the bikes on and off the rack. We havenât done a road test yet, so Iâll be back after we get more use out of it. Assembly was easy and it looks well made. I am super impressed with the strong Velcro straps that hold the tires in place. One assembly piece is missing for the part that bolts the upper arm in place so I had to take a star away. Iâm sure we can rig something up with a bolt from the hardware store. Itâs extremely sturdy and I canât wait to ride our e-bikes on the beach or at the lake now! Yay!

Excellent for E bikes.
Love this rack. Itâs heavy duty and perfect for my 30 pound E bike. I had different Hollywood wreck that was real lightweight, and it rattled constantly on the car and even with the bike on it. This one you donât hear any sounds either way. Would highly recommend it.

Good Product. Received product with broken part and there’s no support.
The bike rack is easy to assemble and works well. This rack is a great alternative to spending about twice as much on a Thule rack.The rack arrived with a broken locking mechanism on one of the footrests. I need one footrest replaced.I called KXY support, waited on the line, then eventually their automated system asked me to leave a message. I also emailed a description and pictures of the part I needed replaced to support@kxyauto.com but have not received a response. It’s been a week now. Not happy about this. Good product. Poor or non-existent support.

Perfect balance between light weight and safe carryting
Holds my E bikes very well, and does not sway or wobble while traveling. I bought the Aluminum model to save weight, and the setup and installation was easy enough.Would recommend, All of the hardware worked very smoothly. Take your time to figure out the best configuration for your bike and then mark the wheel holder positions on the slides so you always set up cleanly.First trip out was over 100 miles, not a wobble of a hiccup. Bikes were firmly in place on arrival. Bike paint was protected by the foam on the lockable hold down bars.Highly recommend.

The best rack in my opinion.
I was missing some parts on the rack so I contacted the company, it took a little time but they came through in the end and sent me the parts to have a fully flawless bike rack. I have used the rack a few times and it is the best I have ever used, always had trouble with the screw down locks, but the locks on this rack work so much better for me. I highly recommend this product and company as they care for the customer in the end and always answered my emails with regard to my problem. Job well done.
