Great Laptop and very fast.
Great laptop. Still loading from my other laptop that was outdated and now realizing how slow. I spent a lot of time looking at different brands and configurations and I am happy I chose to go with the lenovo.It arrived very quickly and setting up was nice. Although I should have just set it up without importing my Microsoft account info.

Unreliable
Was so excited to get this device. Less than 60 days it will not stay powered up either on the battery or the power cord. Won’t stay on long enuf in safe mode to run troubleshooters or enter device codes. It only has a thirty warranty so I had to buy and upgrade package ABD pay a reinstatement fee. Lenovo s/b avtrusted name but this one along with their support is an epic fail. I’m already looking for a reliable replacement. This is strong do not buy.Edit: i paid for the reinstatement fee and for an additional one year and now have to wait 30 days for the extended warranty to take effect. So I an now without my primary business laptop till 10/8. Unless I pay an additional $109 for diagnostic and the price of repair. But hey, they at least offer a 10% discount on the repair.Never ever buy a lenovoLenovo does not stand behin

Poor battery run time
Fair value for the price. It is light weight and has good speed and memory useful for my purposes. However, battery life is less than seven hours, Had I realized this limitation, I would have purchased a different computer as this limits the use of this laptop for presentations and such. I have extended that time by operating in dark mode. But that presents screen contents awkwardly. I only use this unit for word processing and spreadsheets and I have downgraded my rating from four stars to three for this reason.

Lenovo V15 is good laptop with Window 11 pro and MS office
The shipment and delivery is fast and this Lenovo V15 laptop is good Window 11 pro and MS office. The only reason for 4 star not 5 is that it’s advertised to have WiFi 6 driver but it’s actually WiFi 5

The laptop operates as it should, however I have not received the key and instructions for MS office. I am wondering why, I called the number provided and the message I got was ” enter a code”. Was this scam folks? You decide.
