This concerns the 3-step fiberglass “Jumbo Step”My wife and I aren’t comfortable any longer using our light-duty aluminum step stool. The Little Giant model is way sturdier and more stable without being too heavy. Thumbs up.I’ll limit the review mostly to dimensions missing from the product description on this page. Favorite go to ladder which is outstanding
At 67 years old, living alone for the past eleven years, am to the point of not feeling safe on average step ladders. In fact, fell off a ladder while trimming a tree. Luckily just missed landing on top of riding lawn mower. Even though I was a little hurt, could have caused some serious damage. Decided to purchase a new one and came across this gem. Am extremely confident every time I use it. Light weight, wide steps, foldable for easy storage, along with top handrail making me feel so safe leaning into it with body pressed against it while reaching up. They also come in different sizes, yet the 3 step is perfect for reaching my ceiling height of 7 & 8 feet high. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a safe, light weight heavy duty ladder. It really is a perfect addition to my household maintenance equipment.

Stable, reasonably light weight and quality built
As numerous reviews have already stated, this little giant jumbo step ladder/ step stool is the perfect go to product around the house or apartment.I wanted to address a reoccurring comment regarding the lack of a carry handle and the fact that when transporting the ladder from place to place it has a tendency to want open up.I have found that a great solution to address this concern is a product available on amazon called Easy-Carry Wrap-it Storage Straps 22″ w/grommet.This strap solves several issues at once, it has a carry handle, the velcro strap itself keeps the ladder closed, its easy to put on and take off in just mere seconds and finally the version with the grommet (they have a version without the grommet) it adds another way of storing the ladder with the use of a hook that can go through the grommet. I gifted it. He really appreciated it. Said it was sturdy, he felt safe on it, it has wide steps, a holder on the top ,to convinantly hold his working tools . Also high enough for any job in the house. Plus all that —- it can be used for outdoor projects , just not real high ones. The price was not cheap, but worth every penny (a quality item that we all eventually need.)

Heavy duty ladder
Great for using around the house. Very sturdy and supports my nearly 300lbs. Cheaper ladders will eventually bend and break. Donât risk an injury. Only downside is that itâs heavier, but itâs solid.

Excellent product
I have ten (10) ladders of different makes, styles, lengths and this 3-step one is my 3rd Little Giant products. Material, build, and overall quality are just excellent. Its big steps, wide spread stand, and big plastic feet are big safety factors for us. It will be used by my wife primarily for maintaining and picking fruits on her trellises in her garden. It is a bit on the pricey side, heavier than what we have, but manageable. Pay now, cry once, and of course one trip to an emergency room due to a fall from a bad step stool could buy 100 of these step stools. Five star!

Each step is a large platform which makes it very stable and comfortable to stand on. The grab rail can be folded down out of the way if you donât want to use it. The whole unit folds up nicely. A really great product.
