Great value and quality
Great brightness for the living room and in the mornings I can dim it down, way down, easy on the eyes in the morning. Energy efficient for shur and 4 in the pack is a great deal for the money.At the highest brightness, when I tap the dimmer down one notch it drops from a very bright to a very comfortable living room brightness then each lowering notch are smooth increments. It’s like having a extra bright setting, I like it, if I need it.

Not 25,000 hours, but good enough
After nightly use for over a year, one of the two bulbs I installed in a fixture stopped working. Not close to the 25,000 hours advertised, but good enough for a bulb that’s reasonably priced. Unfortunately, the fixture is over a sink and requires a delicate balancing act to remove and reinstall the heavy fixture cover. Provides decent illumination with no flickering.

I posted a review a bit prematurely regarding flickering from the dimmable light bulbs I bought on Amazon. Product I purchased was the Luxrite A19 LED Light Bulb 60W Equivalent, 4000K Cool White Dimmable, 800 Lumens, Standard LED Bulb 9W. I wanted to be able to set or dim the bedroom table lamp lights from a remote control versus nearly falling out of bed to reach for and turn on and off the table lamps on both sides of the bed. Also, the dimming feature was a must. Now the big box and other local stores all carry the compatible bulbs I was looking for but only in 3000K or 5000K temperature ratings. But there is a dramatic difference between the two temperatures as I found out after buying and trying those. The 3000K temp lights are very yellow. The 5000K temp lights are quite blue. So, if you want yellow or blue light, they got ya covered. For what ever reason though, they don’t sell a 4000K temperature light which is the perfect neutral lighting and you will be hard pressed to find one online as well, that dims. No idea why this is but finally I found these LUXRITE bulbs and they met all my criteria, they were the right size, they dim, they are 4000K temperature and they come in a 60 watt equivalent LED bulb! So, I was thrilled when they arrived so quickly! I ordered Thursday evening and they arrived Saturday afternoon! What! I know…that was amazingly fast! So, I opened the nicely packaged light bulbs and put them in the lamps. The color was this gorgeous true neutral light. Not too warm and not too cool :-). Unfortunately, when I dimmed them down using my new Wireless plug-in dimmer and remote bought elsewhere, the lights began to flicker which was a deal breaker. So, I wrote my first review explaining the issue and packaged them up to send back and got back on line to find the elusive bulbs from the brand names that the company that sells the dimmer remote, specified are compatible. None sold were in the 4000K temperature rating. None! So, I googled the flickering issue and found a video that walked me thru the fix. It turns out there is a tuning dial on the plug in fixture (again, purchased elsewhere) that I was able to adjust, that fixed the issue. It’s a go around but works for me. Regardless, I now LOVE the bulbs again and there is no flickering! I cancelled my return naturally :-). HIGHLY recommend the LUXRITE bulbs now, as the color of this light is gorgeous in the 4000K temperature rating, price was excellent and shipping SUPER FAST!

Right Color & No Flickering
I’m a retired Electrical Design Engineer which did a lot of lighting design. I laugh when I go to Home Depot or Lowes and see what types of LED light bulbs they’re selling. That’s because most of them are either 2700K (emits very yellowy or orange type of color) OR 5000K (emits very white to Bluish color). Nothing in the middle. 3500K to 4000K (emits a standard White color) is optimal color temp for LED bulbs. So reason why I ordered these is because of the extremely poor quality those two hardware stores sell. Mine was constantly flickering (Not on a Dimmer). As soon as I placed the LUXRITE bulb it produced the correct color and NO FLICKERING. Highly Recommend.

3 year life for bedroom lighting
I’ve had these installed for 3 years now and all 3 lights that I had installed are burnt out. They are advertised to last 22 years with 3hrs/day of usage. I would estimate that my usage has been closer to 6hrs/day which means I should still expect 11 years. As far as function, these are nice and bright and dim smoothly. The issue I had was just with the life of the bulbs. These began to flicker about 4-6 months ago and totally went out in the past couple months.

I ordered these bulbs for my staircase and living room chandeliers, both of which have frosted glass globe shades. They work exactly like I was looking for. Works well with Kasa smart dimmer switches even though it isn’t on the list of compatible dimmers. I took a chance with these and so glad that these work with my dimmer switches with absolutely no flicker or buzzing noise. Super happy! Can’t comment on their longevity as I have just had them for a couple of weeks.
