Very happy despite shipping damage
Love this unit and their customer care. Came with three pieces and the pizza oven slightly damaged. Recommend they use wood all around the box to protect this expensive item. We decided the damage wasnât that apparent unless youâre right on top of it and looking directly at it so we assembled it. Two people in about an hour. Very happy with the results and the food!

Great, low priced gas grill.
This is a great medium sized grill that works great. Assembly instructions were straight forward and easy to follow. The grill went together just as the instructions showed, works great and appears to be very sturdy. I’ve used it for a couple of weeks and everything cooks nicely…chicken, beef, fish… The price was good, shipping was fast and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Full disclosure, there was a small dent on the side shelf but it was small enough that I didn’t complain about it. Everything else was fine. Buy with confidence.

Quality grill
I give the manufacturer packaging 5 STARS. Instructions 4 Stars, could have been a five. Fairly clear to follow (images) most of the way. Skips a few steps. If you have average puzzle solving skills you can figure it out. Assembly could have been a five, but have a four. The corner brackets that support the left leaf top, need both holes ( left & right brackets) adjacent to the 90â° bent drilled out a hair closer to the bend. Anyone with average tool skill can do this.Manufacturer should fix.

Grills food perfectly
Grill arrived on schedule it took my grandson about 45 minutes to put it together. the directions were easy to follow. the grill has a very large cooking surface, big enough to hold enough burger and hot dogs to feed 10 people. The grill cooks hot and fast. my family loves it

Not really what is advertised, in my opinion
Not quite what I expected. First it doesn’t get as hot as my last three burner grill. With all three burners on high I have only been able to get it to about 290 degrees (I think the BTU’s were overstated). Secondly I have Never seen a grill delivered where the grill cover came in five pieces that you have to assemble. Also the cover is Not double walled as most all grills are.

Do NOT buy this!
I bought this is March of this year and every single time we have tried to use the grill, it will catch fire, we have burner on the lowest level possible and it will cook ok at first and in 5 minutes you look at the temp and it will be at 800 catching on fire. The grease does not seem to drain properly, I have cooked on grills for 20 years and have NEVER had this problem!
