Spindle Fit perfect
Purchased to replace spindles on Model # 247204420 Official Craftsman tight turn riding lawn mower. They fit perfect; however, the blades do not seem to last very long having to change them after just a couple of mowing cycles. But we do have a very large yard that is not your typical grass but more like pasture grass, I could see these lasting much longer on a standard yard.

Why this blade attachment design?
Not a fan of the spiral (or whatever it’s called) locking lug. Much simpler ways to get better resu;ts. Cub Cadet seems to be proffering problems in search of solutions with this nifty little novelty design. I am betting none of their engineers ever tried to quick;y change a blade on a hot Texas cement driveway without taking the deck loose.
