I personally love mine. If im being honest it saves me time and money. I am a new mom so coffee is needed. I found this on Amazon and debated on buying it at least for a month. Finally I did. It comes with a little recipe book, a cute coffee scoop for the side, coupons to get some flavored syrups, a cup (this surprised me) the milk frother is amazing, havent quite figured out how to do the cold foam but I dont have a ice maker or ice tray currently so what you see is the hot froth. Honestly this has saved me hundreds a month on coffee 😅 as bad as that is. A coffee a day for me was almost 10$ each day. So roughly 200 a month has been saved. This is a dang good deal.

Got this for 40% cheaper and while great for cold brew the frother pretty much just warms milk. Got this for a future replacement but for now sticking with my hamilton beach single scoop and paris rhone frother.

I wanted an espresso maker originally BUT I bought this and just use ground espresso coffee and it works even better! Save your money and buy this! You won’t be disappointed!

I followed the instructions exactly (there really is no way not to, the levels are clearly marked – the frother with 3 different lines for cappuccino, latte & max. And the water tank with different ounce levels). I added 4oz of water to the reservoir (which is not a tank like my keurig, you have to add the exact amount of water for each cup each time) and filled the frother to the "latte" line then hit the "hot" button for both. The coffee started off with a steady stream that was somehow pouring to the right then it started slowly dripping and splashing EVERYWHERE until we ended up with only 2.5oz of coffee for our "latte" and over 6oz of milk. I put them together bs I HAD to try it – it was not good. My normally good espresso grounds were bitter and it was simply too much milk. Idk how anyone would purposely want those ratios. I was not impressed and did not care to continue to waste so much coffee ground (those 2.5ozs called for 50% more grounds than a full cup from a keurig reusable pod!!). This is very poorly designed so back it goes. Oh! And three only option given for returns is USPS! I hate going to our post office bcz it is ALWAYS packed. I will always prefer UPS for it's convenience. I took 3 videos of the process but was only allowed to upload 1 so I added a couple of screen shots.

Frother more of a warmer. Lo foam.
Got this for 40% cheaper and while great for cold brew the frother pretty much just warms milk. Got this for a future replacement but for now sticking with my hamilton beach single scoop and paris rhone frother.
