Customers say

Customers find the coffee machine makes wonderful coffee and espresso, with nice frothy drinks and amazing foam quality. The machine is easy to use, with one customer noting it makes lattes and cappuccinos a breeze, and they appreciate its compact size, with one mentioning it’s great for a 2-3 person household. While some customers consider it good value for money, others find the expensive pods make it not worth the investment. The functionality receives mixed reviews, with some reporting it stops working completely, and customers note the machine is loud, comparing its sound to a plane taking off.

Love this coffee machine – café like a café at home!
I absolutely love my Nespresso Vertuo Pop+! ☕ The coffee comes out incredible, just like from a café, and it’s so easy to make — one button and you have a perfect cup every time. The included Aeroccino milk frother is amazing! 🥛 It creates rich, creamy froth in seconds, making lattes and cappuccinos a breeze. The machine looks sleek in licorice black, and it’s compact enough to fit nicely on my countertop.✅ What I liked the most:Coffee tastes amazing, just like a café.frother is super easy and makes perfect foam.Simple one-button operation.Sleek, compact design.⚠️ What could be improved:Only compatible with Nespresso Vertuo capsules.Overall, this machine is worth every penny. It makes my mornings so much better and brings a café experience right into my kitchen. ✨

I LOVE MY FIRST NESPRESSO VERTUO MACHINE!
Be aware that the VertuoLine is different for the OG. OG closer to standard espresso pressure extraction, while Vertuo is through centrugal extraction. the Vertuo at a low temp is a foamier shot than standard espresso. I LOVE this personally. I think the flavor is milder, my ice drinks are colder, and I love the extra crema!every coffee extraction have it’s pros and cons. I love cold brew and french press but Vertuo has to be my favorite way to have espresso!

    Tasty lattes with quality coffee
I’ve been using this nespresso machine for about 6 months now and I really love the coffee. Wonderful crema and I enjoy the range of flavors. Nestle does create some great coffees and this isn’t like a Kurig where you’re sacrificing quality for a quick cup of coffee. I like the color and ease of operation. And honestly, I love the frother probably the most. I use it for hot chocolate too! With that, you do get a fantastic and rich latte right at home. So those are the pros. Now the cons aren’t enough to take any stars away, but folks should be aware.1. The pods are expensive. They’re about a buck a piece. So that’s kinda spendy.2. The pod sizes can be confusing until you figure it out– the double espresso is nearly a cup of coffee and then the lungo and grand lungo are waay more, so be prepared for a large container with those until you figure out which size is best for your mugs.3. The mug tray isn’t accomodating of those larger sizes. I have to hold my large mug off the edge while it pours. So consider a riser as well (you can get ones that store the pods underneath).4. You really can only get the pods from Nespresso directly. They are available elsewhere but not really for a better price or faster shipping. So even with those items, I still very much love this machine and the coffee it makes.

    I’ve used them all …
I wasn’t expecting it to be so loud. I’ve owned other Nespresso/ Keurig machines and find this one to be the loudest. That doesn’t reduce it’s capabilities, however. It brews all of the sizes and brews well.To save costs, I brew iced coffee pods 2 x (Starbucks brand found at Target). This machine is perfect for my office. I got the mango and it’s a perfect yellow.

Nice update to the classic Nespresso machine (new style of capsule)
Really nice quality machine. Uses capsules of various sizes ranging up to a full cup. Construction seems good quality. Old Nespresso capsules do not fit this machine.

    Coffee you can’t stop drinking
This machine is a game-changer. After having numerous other types of coffee makers. I finally found the one. This machine makes such a rich coffee with very thick crema there is no need to froth milk anymore. The problem is it tastes so good you just can’t have one cup.

Do Not Buy. Loud, coffee not hot enough and milk frother sub-par
This was a great price so I jumped on it. But my first surprise is how loud it is. Any reviews that say otherwise are not being truthful. I have a guest bedroom next to the kitchen and hesitate to use it for fear it will wake up guests. Yes, it’s that loud. Second, the coffee is just not hot enough. It is okay at first but half way through your cup it will be cold. The coffee needs to come out much hotter. And also the the milk frother needs to have small amount of milk and foam much hotter, but more about that below). I find myself having to reheat my coffee in the microwave. As for the milk frother, it worked fine the first few days. 10% warm milk on the bottom and 90% foam on top. Not sure why it changed but now it’s 90% warm milk on top and 10% foam on the bottom. I followed instructions carefully, washed per instructions and yet after using it only a few days it started doing less foam and more warm milk. When it was working a friend said I didn’t have to scoop out the foam which was on top but to just pour it into the coffee and the little bit of warm milk would go in first and foam would slide on. She was right. until the foam started being on the bottom instead of the top. I went to her house where she has a $15.99 plastic milk foamer she’s had for over a year. The spinner isn’t magnetized but it works the same way and also does cold milk foam. Hers works perfectly…very little heated milk and lots and lots of foam. And she has the same size spinner. I’d buy another size spinner (I think there are 3 sizes) if I thought that would help but don’t want to waste my $. Guess I’ll buy one like my friend has. Lastly, the code that came in sample kit to get $10.00 off your first purchase wouldn’t work. Did a Customer Service chat and she said she’d place the order for me (took all the information) and send me a link for payment information. I had to run so sent last message saying to send link to my email or text to my phone (provided information) but I had to go. Link never arrived. Tried using chat again but there was a queue and I couldn’t wait. Haven’t had time to chat again. Finally, the coffee descriptions are lacking. I like a mild breakfast blend coffee but don’t know which one to order. It would be helpful if there was more information about the varieties to help you when ordering. For example, I generally like hazelnut/vanilla or hazelnut/cinnamon and ordered Nespresso’s hazelnut It is so strong it’s almost bitter. I threw it out after using one capsule from the box. A description saying it was intensely hazelnut would have steered me away from it. Bottom line, I wish I had done more research and not just jumped on to this because of the price point. I think I’ll put it (w/o the milk frother) in the guest bedroom for company to use and find something else for my kitchen. I leaning toward anything that uses Kcups so you can get any coffee you like. (Sigh).

    Easy to use
Perfect! I love the size and how easy it is to use. Our vurto started leaking so I decided to try the pop and glad that I did. The brewing speed is quick and I think it’s a good value for the money.
