I just received the package, and the picture shows that there is a remote with the product. Is this so, because none was included?

Love my OUKITEL P1000 PLUS
Love my new OUKITEL P1000 PLUS 1800W Power Station! It came fast and was charged. I was able to try it out as soon as I got it out of the box. It is lightweight and the handle makes it easy to carry.I had a couple of questions and emailed customer service. They contacted me within minutes and answered my questions. I would recommend this great product to anyone looking for a power station.
