Excellent design and function!
This is one of the best water bottles! It fits perfectly in my hand and in my backpack side pocket for easy accessibility. Took this bottle hiking and the water stayed cool for many hours. Love it so much I purchased another.

Finally, a Water Bottle That Gets Everything Right
The Owala is one of those rare products that makes you wonder why every other bottle feels like a compromise. They nailed the details—all of them.The wide mouth makes it super easy to load up with ice cubes (no more juggling slippery half-melted ones), but it still seals perfectly with no leaks. You can’t go wrong with an Owala FreeSip bottle!
I’m a big fan of Owala especially their FreeSip spout bottles. I already have the original design in the 24oz and 32oz, I also have the Sway in 40oz and now I was looking for a smaller bottle that is easier to travel with and this FreeSip Twist 18oz is the one! I do have to get used to the twist off cap that’s not attached to the bottle since it’s not as quick or easy to use as a push button attached lid. It is leak proof as advertised but beware that if you have ice water in your bottle and you have it laying on its side, the cap and right at the fill to area will form condensation (just like the other Owala bottles). I also like how this bottle can carry carbonated or hot liquids (the other Owalas do not recommend it). It is fairly easy to take apart and clean but coming from larger bottles where I can usually fit my hand in it to clean, this one you definitely need to invest in a bottle cleaning brush if you don’t have one already. I hope Owala doesn’t come out with other styles of FreeSip bottles because I’m just going to keep growing my collection! I love this Dreamy Fields color which seems to only be available through Amazon, it’s a very subtle pink to the point where it looks almost white online but when placed next to my Shy Marshmallow (white bottle), you can clearly see the difference. I do wish Owala made a bottle boot that would fit this bottle, I ordered a generic one but it is just slightly too loose but it is still better than nothing since I don’t want to scratch or dent the bottom of the bottle (btw, the Owala boots are the best quality ones you can get). The thin shape of this bottle is easy to grab and it does fit in the side pocket of my Baggallini Securetex Vacation backpack purse (you can look it up for reference) and it fits inside of that bag too (that’s why I opted for the 18oz vs the 24oz one). The quality is great as usual and it does keep ice water cold for a long time. I do think that Amazon should improve the packaging on this type of item because it was shipped in the brown paper bag that no longer has any type of cushioning and this is a stainless steel bottle so I’m surprised and grateful that there were no dents or scratches when I received it (especially when I saw the delivery guy just throw the package onto my cement stairs). I did order multiple items hoping it would ship in 1 box but it was shipped separately on its own (my other items did come in a box).

Perfect Size for Office Days and Spin Bike Rides
I really like this bottle. I use it on days I go to the office and for spin bike rides. For my five-hour office days, the size is just right. It’s also perfect for a 30-minute ride, though for longer sessions I’d grab my bigger bottle. The straw is great for quick sips during intense cycling.I usually add about five ice cubes at night, and the water stays cool for around 12 hours—probably longer, but I finish it before then.Cleaning is easy since everything comes apart. I soak the pieces in a small bowl with a denture tablet, which keeps it fresh and odor-free.

The product it’s ok, but as in other reviews the product comes with defects on the surface. I will keep it because in Italy Owala doesn’t arrive but yeah… I expect better
