Power Bank defectuosa.
Gracias el cliente.12/16/2024.I have problems with this Power Battery, it seems to be defective, it constantly turns off every 15 or 20 minutes, so I have to disconnect the cable and reconnect it, and I am only feeding an Insulin thermos. Despite being fully charged, it turns off, I have tried all the output ports and it always does the same thing. And I bought it precisely because I need it. I am going on a trip and I need to take cold insulin with me since the trip is several hours long and I even bought another Bank-Power of this one. The second one I bought has not arrived yet, I hope it is not defective too. It also does not respond to the power button, despite pressing the power button, it does nothing, it stays off all the time. Please, I would need you to guide me. Because I need to travel at the end of the month and I really need it for health reasons. Thank you, customer.

Charging was a little slower than anticipated.
The charger looks very substantial and has a heavy feel to it. Charging was a little slower than anticipated.

you can somewhat trust the info on the description
got this 4 months ago and since then have been heavily using on a daily basis while car camping, motorcycle camping and even at home as a USB charging station. This power bank is the only thing I currently recharge in the wall adapter and then everything else I charge with the power bank (1 S23 Ultra, 1 S20 5G, 2 S10e, 2 flashlights (18650), 2 headlamps, 1 Fire tablet, 1 multi battery charger, 1 Galaxy Buds+, 1 Anker Soundcore2, 1 GoPro8 and maybe something else I forgot).is it real 50000mAh? YES, since it is 50000mAh battery power, which is way different than NOMINAL CAPACITY, that quite often is 60% of the battery power. this power bank reaches impressive 65-68% nominal capacity at 32500-34000mAh. I can’t complain, more than this only inside Area 51.I didn’t perform any of those nominal capacity tests with fancy meters, but it does recharge a Galaxy S23 Ultra 7 times, which is roughly 34000mA total.description info is fairly honest (except “accurate display”).It’s not water proof, dust proof, moisture proof, fool proof, doesn’t have any cover for the ports either. but you can get a sealed air tight waterproof cover for it called ziploc bag and it’ll do the trick.don’t trust its display meter for low readings, it’s not accurate (never saw that thing drop below 30% before it dies), but for high readings (above 70%) it’s somewhat accurate.will take about 8h to charge from dead to 100% using an old Samsung Adaptive Fast Charge that came with my old Galaxy S20 rated as 5v 2A / 9v 1.68A.it has a stupid power button that will lit the battery meter display with a short press (that will lit anyways if you connect anything to charge and remain lit while connected). but a long 10s press will not just turn it off, will KILL the power bank and the only way to turn it back on is connecting it to a charger (wall adapter or another power bank). so just don’t turn it off, never. it doesn’t discharge over time if you leave it on (left it on with 89%, untouched for 10 days, after that it was still 89%).it won’t shut off automatically after a while unlike many others in the market, meaning that you can power anything uninterruptedly till its last drop of energy (like your GoPro at a day-long time lapse capture).

Nice device but not 50,000 mAh around 20,000 mAh
The product is built well and seems very solid. It does take a while to charge which I get. My only complaint so far and I noticed another user has also mentioned this but it is not 50,000 mAh. I did test this and this is what I found. (I also bought 2 of these and both were the same)Control test:I have a portable power station (solar generator) which is 299wh (around 80810 mAh). I have a set of usb string lights (5v) If I plug my string lights in to the power pack it says it should run for about 60 and yes I let it run. If I take 299/5 it comes out to 59.8 so pretty close.Power Bank:”50,000 mAh” so it says if you do the math that should come out to roughly 185 Wh. When I took the same lights from the control test and plug them in I was losing about 7% an hr. (yes I tested with a stop watch) I did let it run till 0 and it only ran the lights for about 14.5 hrs. Problem is if you take 185/5 It should have been able to run the lights for around 37 hrs. As another user has mentioned he was thinking more around 20,000 mAh so if I do the math with that number here is what I get.20,000 mAh comes out to about 74 Wh. So if I take 74/5 that comes out to 14.8 hrs. That is a lot closer to what I witnessed running my 5v lights off this power bank. Hopefully Amazon has them change this so more customers are not misled. All in all if they would have put the correct 20,000 mAh in the description I would have rated it higher it is a well built product and works but not for as long as they say it should.Wh = Watt hoursmAh = Milliamp hourshr = Hourhrs = Hours/ = DividemAh to Wh:Formula is (mAh)*(V)/1000 = (Wh)Wh to mAh:Formula is (Wh)*1000/(V) =(mAh)
