Great customer service experience.
I had some issues with my unit not working properly. Customer service reached out to me and worked with me on the concerns I had. They sent me a new unit, which works so much better than the first unit, and allowed me to test it out to make sure I was satisfied. In todays business world sometimes it is easier to settle for something, even when it is not working properly, than going through dealing with companies customer service or warranty dept. I must say that Ampace has a great customer service experience and I would recommend there product to anyone looking for a company who hears your concerns and acts. Thank you for all your help.

I have used this power station only for a few days and so far it has proven to be easy to use and it delivers the performance advertised.It is quick to charge, even at a much lower charge rate than maximum. It is not particularly loud when charging.The design of its atmosphere is amazing. I can control its on and off and change the mode through the APP.Best part is the ease of use. Plug stuff in, push the little ‘AC’ or ‘USB’ on buttons and it just works. This unit keeps us powered remotely for exactly 3 days at a time between recharges – running light power tools (drills, etc.) and all the LED lights in our shipping container, plus charging phones, laptops and tablets. Fast recharge is great. We found it charges 10% per hour with the DC car charger while driving, and it’s probably somewhat helpful for the life of the unit to have it charge slowly like this. Very pleased with it so far.Love the ability to access so much info (state of charge as %, time to charge, wattage draw in-and-out, etc.) via the digital display. We can keep an eye on it minute-by-minute to know when we have to plan a break to recharge and then still have power for overnight camp use.I have tested it by using it to power my CPAP machine. In this application, it is silent. I calculate it would be able to operate the CPAP machine between 4 and 7 nights. My machine heats the humidifier water and the breathing tube. Other machines might do even better if they donât have these features.Our freezer just barely kept most if the food safe, but running it for an hour or two once or twice a day would certainly extend that safety margin considerably, and the power station could probably handle that for a day or two and still provide adequate cell phone charging and enough time on the CPAP machine to keep me safe for a few nights.The unit itself was well-packaged. Wow, powerful little thing, and it was PRICED heavenly…OMG talk about bargain for the buck…HOWEVER, these are the few MINOR disappointments I have at present. One cannot be easily addressed without modification, the other is just that they answer my dang email….1. The one negative I have for the unit is…they use an INPUT PLUG for Solar that is proprietary to their unit, and NOT standard 12 Volt FLAT PACK ready. I had to CUT INTO one of my own flat pack wires and Engineer a charge cable using Black Electrical Tape. IT WORKS but it would be NICE if they at least provided a flat pack 12 vdc adaptor or something…. NO ONE ELSE uses their adaptor, so I guess that is how they intended to get your to buy THEIR solar panels. This MIGHT BE causing a problem in getting all the solar TO the unit….but I don’t think so. I think that is the solar panels I did order, and THEY are going back…not THIS…this little Jewel is staying.2. I am having a terrible time getting info on ADDING A SECOND BATTERY PACK…this should be brain dead and readily avialable. Might be that OTHER units have the same connections so that I could use, for example the extended battery pack for Bluetti or Jackery, etc… I wrote them and asked, but NO REPLY in 4 days….IF these things were resolved, my rating would be a 5.

Fantastic Solar Power Supply!
I would just like to say how much I enjoy this power station. It runs whisper quiet. Just charging phones or usb devices it does not make a sound. When the fan does kick on with high wattage use, I can barely hear a thing. It has enough power to handle anything I can think of to plug into it. With one full charge of the power station, it has been charging all of my devices for weeks and it has only gone to 30%. The thing is built like a brick. It is not very hard to carry around from place to place either. I saw someone complain about the lights on top, but I like them, and they can be turned off in the app or just holding the light button on the front of the device next to the flashlight. It is super easy to use. I was kind of scared going with this company because it had so little reviews. But I was intrigued and did some research and it is actually by a combined effort of 2 huge companies from china, one being one of the largest and most reputable battery manufacturers in the world. Actually was quite surprised. It’s just there 3rd power station that they have developed, but also the newest iteration, so they have ironed out most of the kinksif there was any. The one thing I hope they might do in the future is maybe do an update that could be installed with the app to make it so the top lights don’t turn on every time I turn on the power station and just remember what the last setting was. Other than that I love it and give it 5 stars!

I love it. I tried my 12000btu ac it was on for 2 hours. Tv 65 ,ps ,router, modem and ring security system ut last 6 hours and yes it is fully charged in 55 minutes.

Worked properly one day
After one day of use the screen would not operate properly. I emailed the company because they do not have a phone number to call. I never received any help to fix the problem.
