Resistance exercise bands
This is a good set of resistance bands. I was looking for compact, portable options to get some exercise in, and these are great for adding to bodyweight exercises. I love that they come in a range of stretchy-ness that will come in handy as I improve. There is a ball bungie for using a doorway or other object to anchor them, and a bag to keep them handy.

Great addition to the home gym. Compact and simple, they are terrific when in use and out of sight when not. Bring natural resistance training into your routine with these bands and you won’t regret it.

Great variety of bands
A great variety of bands for exercising – got these because our old ones we bought a few years ago started to break down from constant use. Use these for assisting with pullups on the bar and also for strength exercises. Brand new ones have a ton of resistance to them compared to our old worn out ones. Really grippy, but not sticky.We’re lazy and don’t take the time to fold them up to fit them in the bag nicely, but if you put them in one by one (no folding, just shove them in the bag) it’s a tighter fit. But helps keep them clean since we store them in the garage and it can get a bit dusty in our garage.Have not used the door attachment, but my son said he might use it as a grip instead for tricep extensions.

I enjoy that the bands were latex free as I am allergic. They have good resistance and I found the medium weight bands harder to stretch than my other set. It has the weight range printed on the band itself. They are versatile and can be used for several exercises. They come with a case to travel well and come with a door jam for more exercise possibilities.

This seems to be a well made set of resistance bands, smoothly finished with no rough/frayed edges or ‘weak’ spots.My set does not seem to have come with the 2 small retained bands shown for each band in product page pictures, but otherwise it’s just as represented.The bag is a nice bonus, and it has enough room to hold all these bands plus a few extra if you have them (which I do and have fit easily into the bag).Overall, a nice set and a good value, especially with the coupon currently active.

I like them but the lightest three have hardly any resistance and are not useful to me. Then there is a huge difference between the red one and the black one.

The bands are color-coded, but it is very easy to tell the resistance by the different widths of the bands. With a about 3/16″ thickness, I expect that these will be durable. The kit includes a door anchor and a storage bag.This set provides a good value for strength and conditioning, and takes up very little storage space.
