Bristles are soft! (Maybe too soft)
Overall the quality is pretty good. However the bristles are so easy to bend out of place! I donât think this will last as long as a standard toothbrush. With the bristles being so soft this would function better as a gum massaging brush! Something that wonât irritate or inflame the gums as much as a hard bristle brush.

This bamboo toothbrush does what it’s supposed toâand looks good doing it. The handle’s lightweight and has that natural wood feel, which is a nice change from plastic. Bristles are firm-ish, maybe medium depending on how picky you are, and theyâre spaced out to get between teeth pretty well. Good backup if you usually use an electric.Some say the bristles are too soft for a proper clean, others say theyâre actually kind of firmâ I tend the feel like they’re on the firmer side but it really comes down to personal preference. Great for travel though, and eco-conscious types will appreciate the zero-plastic packaging.The handleâs bamboo, youâll want to let it dry properly so it doesnât get funky.Overall: itâs eco-friendly, fairly durable, feels solid, isn’t a terrible value, and looks nice. Just not for everyone.

Bamboo Toothbrush
This is a nice, manual toothbrush. Lately, I have been mostly using an electric brush. But for whatever reason, maybe 25% of the time, I just like to use a regular manual brush. This Puur brush feels extra lightweight, and I would say the bristles are probably medium firmness, maybe soft… but definately not extra soft. Using a bamboo brush makes me feel good about its eco-friendliness. The bristles seem to be of differing heights to get in between teeth. Overall, a good brush I would get again.

A toothbrush only a hippie could love!
I wanted to try out the Premium Natural Bamboo Toothbrush â Eco-Friendly, Biodegradable Handle, Soft Bristles â Sustainable Oral Care for Adults to see how the sustainable options stack up against regular toothbrushes.Is it toothbrush? Yes. Will it clean your teeth? Yes.Would I recommend it? Not really. The brush head is small and not very firm, it doesn’t clean as well as modern toothbrushes. I mean, I understand the desire to have a sustainable alternate…but not at the cost of poorer cleaning.

Eco-Friendly but Pricey
I appreciate the bamboo handle and plastic-free packaging â feels good to cut down on waste where I can. The bristles are soft and comfortable, and the brush itself is lightweight, standard size, and easy to use. Cleans as well as any “traditional” toothbrush, too. That said, $10 for a single toothbrush is a bit pricey â especially when most eco options come in multipacks (hint: that would be more sustainable). It works fine, but Iâll probably look for a lower-priced option next time.

I can not advise to purchase this, it was not sealed!
Arrived quickly and the box shipped was not damaged, but package of the toothbrush was damaged. It arrived not sealed, the toothbrush wasn’t in plastic and the packaging didn’t even have tape on it. I am not able to use it in this condition for my teeth. Can you use it for my fine hairs on my hairline and some gel or edge control. Disappointed in the handling and presentation. It looks well made.

Best for Very Sensitive Gums
I felt like this didnât work for me. The quality of the brush is great, the brush seems durable, the bristle size is perfect, I love the bamboo, and the brush was easy to hold and it felt good in my hand. I just didnât feel like it has good cleaning ability. This is softer than drugstore brushes and this would be a good value for someone with very sensitive teeth or gums. Not for your âaverageâ mouth.

Bristles are medium soft
I’m all about sustainability and choosing eco-friendly and environmentaly conscious products, and this toothbrush meets my expectations for that. However, the bristles are a bit of the tough side, I’d say they are more medium than soft. The bristle points are very fine, like the “flosser” ones you see in stores, and while effective they’re a bit intense for me. Those with sensitive gums like me may find it’s too abrasive. The handle is smooth and well finished wood, and is thin but sturdy. Since it is wood, I find it doesn’t dry out as well as the plastic brushes do. I have to be more diligent about keeping it away from the sink and splash zone, as I don’t want mildew and things growing on it. Overall the concept is well intentioned but is not the best value out there.
