âI’ve been wanting a flat top griddle for ages, and after a lot of research, I landed on this one. I’m so glad I did! This thing has completely changed our backyard cooking game.Putting it together was pretty straightforward. The instructions were clear, and I had it assembled in about 45 minutes by myself. It feels sturdy and well-made once it’s all together. After a quick wipe-down and proper seasoning (don’t skip this step, it’s crucial for any griddle!), it was ready to go.âThis griddle is a workhorse. The 518 sq. inch cooking surface is massive I was able to cook a full breakfast for six people (bacon, eggs, pancakes, and hashbrowns) all at the same time. The two burners provide excellent, even heat across the entire surface with no noticeable hot or cold spots. It gets hot quickly and maintains temperature really well. We’ve since used it for smash burgers, hibachi-style fried rice, and Philly cheesesteaks, and everything has turned out perfectly. Once the griddle is seasoned properly its non stick.The foldable side tables are a fantastic feature. They provide much-needed prep space for utensils, seasonings, and plates, but they fold down neatly, making the griddle much more compact for storage. The grease management system is also well-designed and makes cleanup surprisingly easy and the wheels make it easy to move and doesn’t feel heavy.If you’re on the fence about getting a flat top griddle, just do it. This model is a fantastic value for the price. It’s versatile, easy to use, and perfect for everything from a small family dinner to a larger backyard BBQ party. Assembly Required, just in case you didn’t know. This 2-burner propane gas grill is a winner! It gives you 518″ of cooking space, foldable side tables, tool hooks, a magnetic strip for utensils and a paper towel holder. The hose and regulator are included, and it has two rolling wheels. The grill measures in at approximately 58″ 20″ X 41″ and weighs around 88 lbs. It is a flat top grill, and it has a push button igniter. It’s a little work to get together but well worth it. Ce bbq révolutionne le marché du BBQ. Il est doté d’une plaque chauffante, fini le grillage qui prend un temps fou à nettoyer. La dimension de la plaque est parfaite pour vos gros souper de famille.La plaque vient rapidement chaude.Lors du montage à certain endroit j’ai trouvé qu’il n’était pas évident d’installer les vis car l’espace pour le faire était très restreint, selon moi j’aurai fait les trous à d’autres endroits pour faciliter le montage mais sinon ça reste un bon BBQ plaque que j’ai vue coté qualité-prix.
