In the wild, space is a luxury. Whether you’re parked on rough terrain or dealing with limited room to set up, you don’t always have the space—or clean ground—to fully unfold a 400W solar blanket. That’s why we designed ours to adapt.
With a smart folding design, you can switch between 300W, 200W, or 100W by folding along the widest seams. No tools. No extra gear.

Very portable and easy to use
Very easy to transport and move around. Output is very decent when the sun is out. I ended up buying another one I like it so much.

Definitely a must have for overlanding or camping!
Outputs around 280 watts in overcast conditions, and up to 400 watts in perfect conditions. It’s actually output 412 watts once for about 15 minutes. Good build quality, stores away nicely. Very well thought out design. I like that a little shade doesn’t kill the output. Honestly, it’s exactly what I’ve come to expect from renogy. Would definitely recommend!

Better than I expected
Works great. Light weight and easy to manage. Solar output better than I expected. Placed blanket on ground made rough estimate on positioning relative to sun easily generated over 75% of rated output with good sun. Like most panels not much output with heavy clouds. Exceeded my expectations overall. A lot easier than manipulating large rigid panels. No complaints.,

Compact, bring your own paracord/carabiners, no internal stands
The main selling point on this portable panel is the light weight and compact size. But the awkward deployment may deter you from wanting to use it more. There are 2 strap like attachments you can use to secure 1 side but only two, so you’re left to fashion your own attachment for the other end. It would have been nice to see 4 included or 2 and a couple sets of paracord as hanging this is the only way to get it in a more optimal position. During testing I was only able to get about 160W of output from it laying it flat on the ground on a sunny day with the sun directly overhead (6/11/2025 @ 1pm) If you need to use this in a non-summer situation and try to lay it flat you will get significantly less power.Overall love the compactness and lightness and would be a good laying on a car window/back hatch etc but you will have to decide if the hanging setup is right for you because it does allow the product to be considerably smaller and lighter vs. a conventional legged panel.

136 watts is not enough
I’m very disappointed in the performance of this panel. I really wanted to love it because it’s design is great and so easy to use. Everything that people say about that is true but, I used the panels for 5 days out in Bakersfield CA where there is no shortage of sun and never got more than 136 watts. I was using it to power my Bluetti 200 to power my Bouge refrigerator, which was using around 150 watts, and my phone, which uses about 8. Consequently, each day I was losing charge & ending up with about a 10 % lose per day. By the 5th day I had only a 50% charge at the end of a gorgeously sunny day. I’m so sad. I really wanted these panels to do the job & sadly I will be returning the panel.

Quality product
Very impressed by the overall build quality of this portable panel. I tested it out of the box, in direct sun exposure, and it was very close to the optimal 200 Watts rating. It looks like this will be very durable in actual use conditions while camping. I’m really happy with this purchase.

Very lightweight and packs down small!
This was my first Renogy product. I ordered this because the size was interesting. I was skeptical of the quality but this pretty nice! I laid it on the windshield of the truck and leaned against the porch. It is hard to get all the panels to line up the way a portable panel with legs does. But I realized this panel has a different function so I canât really compare it. It got about 20W less than my PV2000 BLUETTI panel but given the way this lays out, Iâm okay with that. It is very light weight and fold easily to the compact size. I tried on the backpack straps that it comes with and itâs quite comfy to wear. See photos, Iâm 5â7â for scale. The pocket is. Ice to hold the straps if you donât want to use them and itâs holds the cable with MC4 connectors without having to jam them. I appreciate the many loops on it to make hanging easy for different setups. Would need to buy some clips for that. The highest I got in testing todayâs output was 146 watts in late morning but itâs late in the year (mid-Sept) and Iâm in Montana so the sun is lower and I have clouds off and on. Again, I donât expect the same rating as a more rigid panel. If your traveling with limited space such as car camping, this is a must have!
