The quality is great in the bands and different attachments. Only thing is that the colors are not 100% accurate to the photo on the box, but still a good color scheme

Awesome! – except the carabiners
Love the bands & color.. nice length, the hand straps, ankle straps and wall/door holder is great to have.The carabiners however are a bit small. It’s difficult to remove them quickly and difficult to get the strap to sit straight at the bottom like they have in the photo. Even after using them with the heaviest band – it still sits off to the side. I bought 20 larger 2.5″ carabiners that sit straight and are great for easy removal when jumping between workouts.

Must open box before use
So I asked my chiropractor for exercises to help with my postureâ¦. He recommended resistance bands and showed me a few different exercises. I chose these bands because they were a pretty color and I figured I could also use them from some strength training at home. How do they work you ask? No idea. I have yet to open the box and itâs been a month. The packaging is great though. Very appealing to the eye. Iâll update the review once the box gets opened and let you know if my posture improves too.

No Stretching Instructions
The bands are good but it would help if there were diagrams for stretching or how to mount on a wall or door.
