Super cozy and warm, perfect for cold feet.
These warming booties are perfection for those who always have cold feet. They arrived quickly and were well packaged which I appreciate. They are vacuum sealed in plastic inside of the box. They are incredibly soft, fluffy and feel substantial. They have a nice weight to them due to being filled with flax seed so sort of feel like a weighted blanket type of thing. They fit nicely and the hook & loop around the ankle fit ok. I have largish build for a woman so they just fit me. They may be too small around the ankle to properly hook closed if you have larger ankles. The hook and loop closure isn’t required or necessary for the product to work however so they should be fine even if they don’t close all the way. They aren’t meant to be walked around in anyways I don’t think.They heat up quickly in the microwave and stay nice an warm for a good amount of time to get the feet warmed up nicely. The added weight of the flaxseed felt nice as I relaxed with my feet up. They can also be put in the freezer to use for cooling which I did try and actually really liked. They won’t freeze like an ice pack soft of thing but they do get cold and feel very cool when you put them on. It’s a nice way to cool off gently if overheated or having a pesky hot flash.(if you know, you know).Overall I am very happy with this product. I received everything shown in the listing and they work exactly as described to warm up or cool down my feet. 5 stars from me.

Great for my Raynaud’s
I’ll tell you straight off: I am removing one star because the Large size has ankles that are wayyyyy too small. People who want to wear these booties over pants/socks or who have thicker ankles may struggle to close them. (You can still wear them with layers or thick ankles; you just can’t seal the tab at the top.)But overall? These are GREAT.I have Raynaud’s, which means my body reacts to even slightly cold temperatures by slamming shut circulation in my extremities, so the only way to get my feet warm again is to warm them from an external source. Short of getting in a hot shower, which is obviously inconvenient, my best solution up until now has been a hot water bottle. But that can only warm either the bottom or top of my feet at one time. These booties wrap the ENTIRE foot in moist warmth.Heating the booties in the microwave is a bit of a pain the first time, but once you know what works for your microwave, it goes faster. There is also a slight but noticeable vegetal smell, particularly when the booties are warm, which makes sense, since they’re full of, you know, flaxseeds. The seed filling means you also want to use these booties when sitting or lying down, not with your weight on them, or you’ll break the seeds down.The filling also means these are NOT washable other than surface/spot treatments, so you’ll likely want to use them with socks to help keep them clean.

Great for warming up your feet on a cold night or for Raynaudâs
If you get Raynaudâs symptoms in your toes or feet, these are great! They are also very nice for warming up your feet on a cold night. They can also be frozen and used cold. That doesnât sound nearly as pleasant. And, the amount of time they will be cold is pretty short compared to how long they need to be in the freezer. They are more suited for heat than cold.These are well made and comfy. I intentionally got them oversized.You can walk around in them. I prefer to use them when I am going to be putting my feet up to relax or go to sleep.They are also great if your feet get cold while watching a movie at home.In my microwave, about two minutes is the ideal amount of time. I do that one minute at a time then shift them for more even heating.There is a bit of a damp feeling around your feet with them heated up.See if you can get them when they are on sale for around $27.The box is re-closable which makes a nice place to store them.

Very comfy and warm
My wife has always had the issue with cold feet, regardless of the season. She generally wears her slippers around the house and likes to have them when she is teleconferencing with patients as well. I saw these slippers and thought they would be the perfect thing for her.I got her the medium size and they turned out to be the perfect fit for her. They are fairly heavy and not really designed to be worn while walking around for long times. The bottom do have the non-slip nubs on them to keep you from sliding when walking across floors. You can feel the flax seed in them when you walk. It has taken a few trial and error runs of heating, but it seems that 1 1/2 minutes in the microwave is the ideal timing for my wife. Any more and them just get too hot. If you lay a throw blanket over them after heating they will stay warmer longer.Overall, my wife is extremely happy with these. She has continued to use these every time she sits for a long time, be it work or evenings at home. They seem to be well made and haven’t shown any problems with wear so far. They seem well worth the money.

Good, but no therapy for the ankles
While these show material above the ankles, the therapy portion is only for the feet. While the heat for the feet is fine, I obtained these hoping for relief of pain in my ankles. The other thing to know is if your feet are larger than size 11 or 12, these won’t be comfortable. I am size 13 and these just didn’t fit well. They appear to be well made, and for most people, these will be great, but they did not work for me.

These Booties are Wonderful
I opened the box and put these booties intoThe microwave. I have a job where i am required to wear composite toe footwear while standing for 10 hour shifts which also includes walking around 8 miles per night. Foot pain is a daily occurrence in some form or fashion. These booties warmed my feet all over and helped with my heel pain and my bunion. I occasionally suffer from planters fasciitis. I believe these booties will help with that condition. I canât wait for the weather to cool so i can use the booties and the matching mittens i purchased separately to help keep me warm and pain free without OTC medication. The velcro closure is somewhat adjustable and stays firmly closed. I did not walk around very much in these booties. I plan to use them when it is cold outside and my feet are worn out from a long night at work.
