****Update***The seller read my review and contacted me to give a full refund! Wow this is amazing Customer service and very welcome and refreshing in this time of “caveat emptor,” where we buyers are so often left hanging! Kudos to this seller for doing the right thing! ****In my line of work: maker, bladesmith, luthier, and carpenter I use this type of tool very frequently. When this first arrived, I was blown away by the value of getting so much for so little outlay. Generally speaking, this was working as well or better than the original tool, and more affordable. I was most impressed that it included the wand, as I do a ton of fine detail work and carving.Sadly, that all ended yesterday when my bit stopped rotating and the motor started squeaking as I smelled plastic melting. I turned it off and found that the shaft in the wand had broken and it was unusable. Also the jacket had melted.The actual tool itself still works fine, but without the wand it is just another mini tool, of which I have several. Sadly, I’m past the return window, so I’ll just have to eat the loss.Like I stated before, this is generally a good value, and you may want to consider it for your needs. But there are other drawbacks as well: Aside from my wand now being broken, it was a PITA to change bits on th wand. You need to put the shaft of another bit through a hole in order to tighten or loosen th bit. Although this works fine, it is a bit fiddly. Also the bits that the provide are lower quality than the name brand as well as other bits offered here on Amazon.All in all, I would suggest this tool as i think that the broken shaft was an anomaly, but proceed at your own risk!

Failed after second time using it
Second time using it and the slot driving the flex cord broke making it unusable. I switched the cutting tool to the main unit and the on/off switch eventually failed making it totally unusable. Warranty is only for 30 days so I’m going to buy a different brand to replace it.

It’s definitely decent, works well, different speeds are good, the sandpaper is a little weak though, and I found it was blowing off the end constantly, had to use almost all the ones it came with because they kept exploding

Appareil de bonne qualité. Tous les ustensiles sont très costaud. Ãa fait plaisir de travailler avec du matériel français. Je lâai utilisé pour couper de la fibre de verre sous un kayak. Et franchement jâai été étonné par la puissance de la machine même avec la rallonge seul petit bémol avec la rallonge. Le bout de la rallonge commence à chauffer un peu mais rien de grave je conseille à achat vraiment pour le prix.

Me ha sorprendido lo bien que funciona. Viene en su propio maletÃn con un montón de accesorios y todo lo necesario para empezar a usarla sin tener que buscar nada más. Es ligera, cómoda, y tiene el tamaño perfecto para manualidades o trabajos más delicados.Además, el detalle del color negro y rosa me encantó ya que no es nada habitual en herramientas y le da un mini punto extra, la verdad:)

Finalmente un attrezzo multifunzione a misura giusta per me, donna, a cui piacciono i lavori di hobbistica e anche semplicemente per arrangiarmi a fare le piccole manutenzioni di casa. Ho scelto questo a corrente per evitare le ricariche a batteria (pensando che i tempi con la batteria sarebbero stati troppo brevi per i miei lavori). Il set ha davvero molti accessori. Lo utilizzo spesso e sono molto contenta dell’articolo. E’ leggero da utilizzare. Per lavori di precisione ha anche una “prolunga” in modo che in mano hai una specie di penna al posto di tutto il multifunzione. Per me, perfetto.
