Wish I could install it.
Wish I could tell you how it works but can’t follow step 3 that says to remove handle bolts on hitch carrier, in order to install this. Someone must have had a need to be strong the day mine was assembled to tighten these beyond any chance to remove them. Calling Saris only got a repeat of printed instructions to use 5 mm hex. No help. Hundreds of dollars wasted getting wiring harness installed on my car so I could have lights on bike rack.
