A better match for a light complexion
I’ve been using silicone scar tape on some surgical incisions. It has worked amazingly well to minimize the appearance of my scars, which look better healed after three months than previous scars looked after ten years (before we had silicone scar tape).I’ve noticed that there are slight variations in different brands of tape. Most are tinted, and those work best if you are trying to cover up the scars. Others are transparent. This one is tinted and is a shade that is slightly lighter and pinker than others I have tried that are more golden in tone. Also, this one is a tad shinier, and it also seems a little stickier. Personally, I prefer the more golden toned tapes, which match my skin tone better. I also prefer a less shiny finish. However, I do like the fact that this scar tape is nice and sticky. It also seems just a bit less stretchy, and I like that as well.

Scar tape
Scar tape is nothing new and this is the same. Whats nice is how it comes in a compact roll which is easy to store. It’s a white flesh tone color. Easy to cut and apply. 10/10 Feels like quality silicone was used to make this product. It does a good job helping with scars. I used on a burn that helped it heal in what I thought was a pretty short window.

Not convinced it does anything
Comfortable and doesn’t irritate my skin at all. But it comes off too easily…my scar is on my foot and my sock will pull it off in a fairly short period of time. I’m going to start wearing it at night.So far… I’m not sure that it’s doing anything that the natural healing process & time won’t do.

Secure and not noticeable
This tape is both secure to the skin and does not cause any sensation when wearing or when clothes rub against it. I’m using it on some post-surgical scars and even though the incisions are healed fully, sometimes the scars get inflamed rubbing against my clothes, so this helps to keep that from happening.I will note that this is one, continuous roll of tape, not individual sheets (I’d thought this was 60 sheets of 1.6″ silicone scar cover, not a long roll). So, you’ll have to cut it yourself.If your scars are in a noticeable place, this tape is slightly shiny and textured, with a pale pinky peach color. Mine are inside my clothes so I don’t really care but some might. The tape is very sticky and adheres securely to the skin. It can be showered with but I like to take it off before showering and putting a new piece on afterward.

Slight improvement
I havenât seen much improvement but I know it takes time. I did notice my skin is more moisturized and less dry(itchy) overall. The tape sticks perfectly on the skin. I completely forgot I even had it on. Even after rubbing it, it would move at all. Iâd say itâs worth it.

Soft and Easy to Use Scar Tape
This silicone scar tape feels soft on the skin and is easy to cut to the length you need. It sticks well without being too harsh and is comfortable enough to wear throughout the day. I like that the roll is long, so it lasts a while. The tape stays on best when applied to clean, dry skin. Too early to comment on long term changes, but itâs been gentle and easy-to-use so far.

My son had knee surgery and I grabbed this hoping it might help with the scar. I didnât have high hopes, but itâs seems like it might be working. The scar is already looking flatter and lighter. It sticks really well and doesnât bother his skin, and I like that we can reuse the same piece a few times.

The tape sticks pretty well to skin. I haven’t had the opportunity to see what it does to skin overtime, but it adheres well and has no strange odor. It blends well, and us easy to hide under clothes so you can go about your day as needed.
