As taking too much melatonin at once may result in next day grogginess by disrupting the sleep-wake cycle, SleepXL provides an optimal amount of 3mg of melatonin per two capsules serving.
UNPLUG AND UNWIND: Magnesium and Vitamin B6 come together to produce a calming effect while Chamomile and L-Theanine deliver a powerful antioxidant-amino acid combination to help relieve stress that could disrupt a restful night’s sleep*.
