I bought these to use as yard spotlights for our nativity scene during Christmas. They work great and I like that there are several settings you can choose from. The medium brightness setting gave us a strong light for a long time even in the winter months. Very easy to install and set up.

Probably a 2 or 3 season light
I usually base my reviews on “Perceived Value”. You can get solar lights that are far superior to these in terms of quality, but you won’t find them at the excellent price point of this product. I’m happy with the overall build and quality. But I do have 2 specific areas that were more annoyance than anything else. First, the product arrives with the batteries essentially discharged. The manufacturer suggests you need to allow the lights to charge……..FOR 3 DAYS…….in direct sunlight before use. Next, and this is likely true for all lower end products – the “stake” that you drive into the ground is plastic and will not survive being pounded into the rocky ground I have around my home. I had to pre-drill the hole in order to avoid snapping the stake.

Great area/yard lights
I looked at lot of these type lights till I decided on these. We have no lights into our backyard area( we bought the house spring 2024) and it was a hazard taking the dogs out after dark.I bought a set of two, just to try them and they have proved their worth. They are very well made and easy to set up. Thereâs a push button on them, that turns them on/off or adjusts the light volume and the light itself, is adjustable. They worked right out of the box. They survived a northwest Ohio winter and never failed to work. I did make sure the solar panel was free of snow during the day when I took the dogs out.I was so happy with them that I ordered another set to light up a larger section of the yard. You wonât go wrong ordering these lights!

Light Stopped Working After Rain
Purchase these in December, but the ground was too hard so I decided to wait until spring to install them. I followed the directions (limited), set them up and then waited 3 days before turning them on, as recommended. They worked beautifully just short of 2 weeks until there was a couple days of rain. I didn’t expect for them to come on for a day or so afterwards since the solar panels needed to recharge. After a day & a half of sun, 3 out of the 4 lights came on but it has now been 9 days that the 4th light has not worked. I don’t know if that particular light perhaps had a crack in it or if it was somehow not waterproofed or if I just got a dud.

2 years and still gping strong. I’m a repeat customer and should anything happen to my current lights, I’ll replace them with the same! I like that I have 3 brightness choices. I leave mine out 9 months per year and store them 3 cold winter months. Just a milding cleanup im the spring and my landscape looks great again.
