Specification: Custom designed wire crimping tool Length: 310mm, Weight: approx.N.W 1.75kg. 9 sizes of Dies, include: #4, #6, #8, #10, #16, #25, #35, #50, #70 for crimpingfor cable railing kits; and also can crimps 12 AWG to 2/0 AWG size of copper and aluminum wires.
Easier to use: On-Off control for quick operation, you can crimp easily. The C-style head makes operation easier and better. But don’t crimp when there is no wire or dies contact together. After the clamping is completed, just turn back the button, the swagging tool will release automatically. Dies are made of hardened steel with chrome finish, crimped stainless steel fitting terminal is more tight.
Use suggestions: 1. Please give the cirmper’head a good shaking on the soft floor/subjects before turning it on ( just switch off), because the liquid inside produces precipitation afte long time staying still or long time transportation. 2. If pressure fails after pumping, pls do the above step. Or contact Steel DN Mate for technical advice.

Very well built tool. Using 1/8â stainless steel wire I used #4 and #6 dies per a recommendation on UTube. 2 full or 3 closings of the handle works perfect. I tried 4 once and it was too much and broke the fitting. Very tight connection, if used as described above.

I recently bought 4 products from Steel DN Mate:-The Stainless Steel Lag Screws for Wood Post of 1/8″: Works really well with the tool provided. Because there are Left and Right screw, it prevents the cable from twisting. Good quality, really solid!-The 1/8″ Stainless Steel Cable for Deck Cable Railing System: Great quality again! It comes with a cutter that works perfectly.-The Stainless Steel Protector Sleeves for 1/8″ Wire Rope: Nice look for a finish on a wood post. I really like the way the sleeve can hide a hole that isn`t perfectly drilled.-And the Hydraulic Crimping Tool: Works perfectly for the Stainless Steel Lag Screws. I crimped the screws at two different places. It seems really strong, even with a lot of tension on the cables and the finish look is great.I am really satisfied with all of the products above. As you can see on the pictures, the finish look is awesome. It was super easy to install. Honestly it took me about 4 hours to install everything. I didnât waste any screws or cable and no defaults were found on the tools provided. I would strongly recommend this company for your deck project. Overall, it gives a great look at a low cost!

Definitely works as advertised, used to install cable railings on the deck. I would not say its very ergonomic so if your using the crimper for a lengthy period make sure to wear gloves (blisters occur) also sometimes I needed two hands to make sure the final crimp was tight as I did not have enough grip strength, but overall a great tool, did the job as advertised
