We absolutely love these Superjare foam mats! We grabbed them during an Amazon deal and used them as flooring for our home gym, and theyâve been perfect. They have just the right amount of cushionâcomfortable underfoot but still firm enough for stability during workouts. They also help dampen the sound when weights hit the floor, which is a huge bonus.On top of that, they look super clean and crisp, giving the space a polished feel. Cleaning is a breezeâwe just use our Swiffer or vacuum, and they stay looking great. Pretty good.
Great mats. A little softer than I expected but they get the job done. The rubber top prevents slipping so I feel more sturdy when lifting. I subtracted one star for the lack of heat resistance. I have these in my garage and left one of the door open for about 20 min. In that time a ray of sunlight caused the rubber surface to peel and separate from the foam layer. For something you’re expected to workout on, you’d hope it would hold up a bit better.

Perfect for home workouts. Good quality, easy to assemble, and makes workout space more comfortable to drop weights on and jump around. I am using this inside the house so I can protect the flooring from weights and dumbells. 48 sq. Ft is good enough size for one person to workout.
