Great âMediumâ-taste
Coffee is going to be different for everyone – no matter what. What I like about Donut Shop is I think it lives up to the âMediumâ-name. It isnât TOO strong like a dark roast coffee nor is it TOO light like a light roast coffee that sometimes are so light, it almost seems like they already have cream in them. This Donut Shop coffee (for me personally) is a nice, afternoon coffee that I want to get me through the rest of the day, but that I also donât want to keep me up all night (the caffeinated-version anyway). This decaf version give that same taste of not being SO dark nor SO light but a great middle ground taste.

If you’re new to owning a Keurig and overwhelmed with all of the K-Cup and K-Cup knock offs out there this is a great starting place. Rich and smooth and full bodied compared to many of the medium roast K-Cups I’ve tried. It isn’t right smack dab in the middle of the “medium roast” rating – but closer to a “dark roast”. I am a fan of most of the Coffee People K-Cup selections. Tree Hugger (fair trade and organic) is delicious as well, and closer to the middle of the medium roast ratings. If you’re looking for a rich dark roast – check out their other K-Cup varieties too. I like how I could buy this on Amazon for an excellent price and delivered right to my door!
