Works perfectly and as intended
I use this in my 2007 Lexus that does not have blue tooth. The right-angle head is ideal for the location of the hole, which is (inconveniently) located under and the very back of the arm console in the front seat. So a regular cord gets bent/smooshed. This cord – b/c of the right angle – fits perfectly in the tiny 1/2″ (?) of space. I have used it for over a year now and it is perfect – no sound issues, no cord issues – great product and very affordable!

I had intended to write a critical review after a previous purchase of this same item failed with one channel going out thus necessitating this purchase. Then I reviewed my order history and realized the prior purchase was made on October 23, 2017. In other words, the original lasted for almost 8 years. Important 90 degree angle connector on one end
The 90 degree connector was important to me because of where the aux port to the stereo in my wife’s vehicle. She uses a bluetooth-aux adapter and we were using a double male barrel connector to connect the adapter to the aux port. This caused the bluetooth adapter to stick out and it was constantly getting hit, knocked off, and nearly lost on a couple occasions. It eventually bent one of the pins on the barrel connector to where it broke when I tried to straighten it.The 1.5′ cable allows the adapter to be set out of the way without a lot of excess cable sticking everywhere. The 90 degree connector keeps it low enough to the console that it no longer gets hit, knocked around or bent. It was the perfect marriage for this application. Sound quality is just fine.

I recently bought a CarPlay device for my car that needed to plus into an aux port for audio output and I found this one that was a great length for the system. The audio output is fantastic and it worked just as I intended for it to. Iâd easily purchase another one if needed.

Does the job but…
I really like the design of the cable and how it is flat. Makes it feel more manageable and it does what it is supposed to do. However, on my project it would build up a lot of static for some reason. I tried other cables and they did not collect static. When you touch the silver parts when it is connected, your can feel the electricity and then the small zap on your finger. Then you hear the static pop in your speakers. Unfortunately I did not want to use it for my project. It may work wonders for other uses, but not mine.

I wanted a nice-quality cable, paid for it, yet received a HIGH-quality cable. Yay! q
With all the BAD experiences I’ve had with the woven-insulated-type cables, no thank you, no more of those things. They’ve ALL ended up in the recycle bin. No exceptions. They just don’t last. I think the only way I could really tell a cable didn’t have some type of wrapping was try this flat one here. It’s obviously all plastic, no fancy wrapping, and it’s a tough cable, too. The extra high quality of these guys is apparent from minute one; this slick black exterior is really just plain beefy, and the connectors, both the 90-degree one, and the straight one are minumum three steps above the quality of basic connectors. They are really nice, they pop in the receptacles with authority and they look very high-end. Do they make my games on the Galaxy Tab sound better? Naaah. I don’t believe for a minute that expensive cabling for your speakers/headphones makes a difference. Consumer Reports compared two six-foot HDMI cables; one they bought mail order for $3.95 + -~ $1.00 shipping. Just an ordinary cable; nothin’ special. Then they purchased a major brand six footer; oh, it had this, and that and oxygen-free copper and copper-free oxygen, specially made insulation for a faster signal, blah blah, ad nauseum. Turns out the cheaper cable delivered a signal that had as good or better quality picture than the $$$ one, yes in testing, too. So DON’T get sucked in by those MONSTERS who prey on you to spend money on something that’s no better than it’s competition at seven times the price.

This double-sided “male” AUX cable is made of very well made, and output stellar sound quality.it is a great, and in my opinion necessary, addition to any “Tech-kit”its 90 degree angle on one side allows it to be connected to the transmitting device without protruding, which avoids accidental disconnection.

Lo querÃa para conectar un reproductor Hi-res a una toma auxiliar de entrada de audio que he instalado en la guantera del coche. Que el conector sea acodado me viene perfecto porque asà no choca con la puerta de la guantera cuando la cierro. Que el cable sea plano también me viene perfecto porque asà puedo cerrar la puerta de la guantera sin pillar el cable ya te pasa perfecto y no se muerde con los bordes de la puerta. Que el cable sea corto también me viene perfecto porque asà no tengo rollos de cable incordiando por el medio del coche. Por último me hubiera gustado que el otro conector también hubiera sido acodado porque el reproductor MP3 lo tengo puesto con un imán en la rejilla del coche como si fuera un teléfono móvil y asà hubiera molestado menos el cable pero de 10 puntos tengo 9 a favor asà que es prácticamente el cable ideal que necesitaba y además prácticamente sin perdidas con un acabado precioso y de calidad, además el sonido llega perfecto hasta el equipo de música del coche que se oye espectacular. En definitiva puedo decir que en mi caso es el cable ideal que si hubiera tenido que hacerlo aposta hubiera sido exactamente asÃ. En resumen no puedo estar más que encantado con esta compra que además ha sido súper económica y con muy buena calidad le doy un 10 sobre 10
