Best youâre going to find for the price. Has everything with really nice bar (both barbell and dumbbell). Someone said it takes up a lot of space in the reviews. Itâs a home gym smh itâs just like any other size lol

One weight set does it all
The weight set came with everything to keep my body toned. I am a 58 year old male on a weight loss journey with a product that sounds like bon jovy! As you lose weight you need to keep muscle so what do you do ? You buy this all in one weight set! It has great clips and between the 3 bars you can do a variety of exercises. It comes with an exercise plan also. The weights are well assembled in plastic. This is a good value for an older person like me or a younger beginner. My step son also bought me a bench to enhance the versatility of the set.

Iâm happy to have gotten the dumbbells and the weights but i didnât receive the barbell bar, which is disappointing. Other than not having got the barbell bell, the product is pretty good.

I just started to get back into weight training. This will replace the one thatâs on the ground. The bar is heavy duty so Iâm sure it will handle the weights I add to it. The package came in three boxes so that was very helpful so it wouldnât be a very heavy package. Iâm starting it at 40lbs and gradually increase it as my body gets used to it. Iâm a 45 year old male and for the overall price itâs a fantastic weight set. Iâm overall extremely satisfied with it. I will update it in a year to see how the progress goes.
