Excellent quality but too heavy for beginners
Excellent dumbbells. They are a bit too heavy for beginners and the jump from 6.6 to 19 to 30 lbs can be hard if youâre just starting out.Otherwise, great quality. The adjustment works well and the weights never felt loose or fell off.The stands are useful and the flat bottom prevents rolling on the floor.

I love these, they’re super convenient and quick to swap. I only have 2 minor complaints. The first is that occasionally it can be a bit finicky to get them back onto the rack. And the second the parts do shift around a fair bit when you’re using them. I haven’t had anything come off but I would feel better if they were more rigid during use. Aside from that I’m a fan.

Quick to change weight
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Works well for me. Just put it in the base and twist the handle to get 5, 10, 150, 20, or 25 lb weight. Beats having a bunch of dumbbells lying around or trying to change plates

cheaply made
very cheaply made. the screws that connect the plastic mechanisms together to vary the amount of weight easily come loose and the weights fall off. when I tried to tighten them the screws broke through the plastic housing on both ends and now it doesn’t work – happened for two separate units. when I tried to return or have replaced I get no response from the company.

Al tener el respaldo lumbar dos posiciones, según la altura que uno tenga, hace que sea mas cómodo hacer lo ejercicios.El soporte para sujetar los pies, es cómodo y grueso, lo cual hace ver que va durar por mucho tiempo su firmeza.Viene con un pequeño libro de ejercicios y 2 seguros.
