Compatibility: Veise G2 WiFi gateway is compatible with smart locks using DD Lock App or TT Lock App. One gateway can be paired with multiple door locks of the same account (Note: Other Apps are not compatible)
Remote Control: The gateway is connected to DD Lock App or TT Lock App smart lock, allowing remote control, checking the status of the door lock in real time, and setting custom passwords and other remote functions
Voice Control: After the gateway is paired with the smart lock, it is compatible with Alexa and Google voice assistants to realize voice intelligent control
Tips: 2.4G WiFi network is required for pairing. To ensure a stable connection between the G2 gateway and the door lock, the distance between the gateway and the door lock should be within 32 ft. When adding the gateway, your smartphone and the gateway must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network
Warranty: Veise offers at least a 1-year warranty and lifetime online phone support from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM PST, and 24/7 after-sales email service

Great WIFI Hub!
This WIFI hub works with the Veise RZ07 Smart Lock. It allows remote access to the lock, such as unlock and lock. This hub was extremely easy to setup and configure. I love widen things just work. This is a great pair. The lock and the hub. I highly recommend both.

A must have for matching smart locks!
This allows my Smart lock to be remotely accessible via the app from anywhere. I can also now view logs properly for the usage of the smart lock.One important note is that you must add it from the main administrator account NOT a authorized administrator account otherwise it will not find the smart lock.Solid connection to my home wifi. Very easy to setup and configure via the application for the smart lock.

Doesn’t work with Alexa as advertised
I tried for several hours to get this working with Alexa. The lock works with the DDLock app. I have the gateway installed in the app but couldnât figure out how to get Alexa working.UPDATE – I got it working in Alexa a few days later. Had to use Sciener Smart routine in the Alexa app. The vendor offered us a complete refund for our trouble which I declined. Itâs working now. Raising my review to 4 stars.
