Front door lock
The lock is great. It is a keyless entry, you can use app on phone, tile , or code. It works great. Reasonable price, great instructions, and looks great. Very happy with this product.

Very easy to set up and works well. Super quiet operation and lots of custom settings. I did buy the wireless gateway so I can open remotely via the app.

Lock savvy
This is a very good product. Although it says it would be easy to install, I was moving and wanted it to be installed by professionals. Once installed, it was easy to set up codes and activate the key cards with the app. I am a bit tech savvy, so I like the flexibility of access. I give my family key codes and set a general code for pest control and maintenance. I personally like to use the key cards, especially when I have lots of things in my hand as I come in the door. Itâs nice the lock fits any door swing, in or out/ left or right. I was able to take the key to Home Depot and have locks keyed to my other doors. An all around good product, would recommend.

Factory default Passcode may not work.
This productions require connecting the interior of the lock portion with the exterior via screws in the door.(Not true for all locks). It became problematic bc I connected the 2 units via the cable & then lacked room to DISCONNECT cable.Installing the door handle – easy peasy.The lock more difficult due to missed step & door is metal.Had a problem resetting the lock using the manufacturers code tried several.times, ended.up calling Tech support.The called back in less than an hour, the tech support rep was very helpful & walked me thru pairing the lock w the app, establishing a new pass code, coding the fpbs, etc.In less than 20 min. Very patient & helpful.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXEMPLARY
This has so far been the single most useful purchase I’ve made for our new home! I didn’t do the install myself, my contractor did it, and while we had some trouble the first time, upon calling tech support, Aaron, who couldn’t have been more helpful, immediately figured out that something was out of whack with the device, and overnight shipped me a completely new unit. The next day, my contractor was back and reinstalled, and everything went smoothly. Then Aaron walked me through the set up, step by step, explaining why things were working the way they did, he helped me establish my codes, he coordinated with the Gateway device, and then helped me set up the key fobs. While the device is good, functioning, and attractive, what really draws me to a company is the customer service, and Aaron couldn’t have been more accommodating. Even when my questions seemed basic or redundant. His patience with me was exemplary. Though its only been a week, so far the unit is working well, but I’m confident that if/when I need to call Aaron back, he will be there for me.

Worst Door Knob and Customer Service, EVER
Bought this door knob for our front door because the price was great and it was the style we were looking for. Door knob arrived as described. We waited a couple of weeks to install due to our door being painted. When we finally did get to install it, within less than 24 hours after install, it quit working and I was locked out of my house. The piece inside that causes the knob to turn and pull the latch shifted so it would not turn the latch to open the door from the outside. I called customer service and explained the issue. The representative was nice and offered to ship a brand new knob to replace it. It took over a week for that new knob to arrive. When it did arrive, it was in an unlabeled brown box with no protective packaging. The door knob was significantly scratched and obviously used. Not only that, but it was also broken with the exact same issue as the first knob. I called customer service again and requested a manager. The manager asked for pictures of the second knob that was delivered. I provided them and they offered to send another replacement. I requested the knob be sent via overnight shipping since we were at the end of our 30 day return window. The manager denied my request and said I could either wait for the replacement or request a refund through Amazon. We purchased new knob that is MUCH better quality through Loweâs and guess what!? It wasnât broken or used when we opened it. I will not buy anything else from this brand moving forward. Iâve attached pictures of the second knob they sent us, straight out of the box and how it was packaged when we opened the box.

Great lock and customer service
Great door lock!! I ended up having to call customer service because I couldnt figure out what I was doing wrong. I talked to April and omg she made it so easy. She was amazing and funny. Product works awesome. Looks awesome definitely. I would buy another one for sure.
